install:

Connect your PSP via USB
Extract seplugins/leen.prx from "LE_M33_us_by_ketchup.zip" and copy to your memory stick under /seplugins
Open vsh.txt and add the following line: ms0:/SEPLUGINS/leen.prx
Enable plug-in via recovery mode
Now from the XMB, pressing R + SELECT
