Jpcsp v0.5 Officially Released; Emulate the PSP on Your PC

Now better than ever: Jpcsp version 0.5… Powered by Java you’re able to emulate, at least to some degree, the PlayStation Portable. Load and play your UMDs (ISO ‘em up first) or homebrew right on your PC — Windows 32 and 64-bit supported. It even works well under virtualization with Parallels.
(screenshot dated)Of course many games remain unplayable… Some games load then later error out; others crap out immediately. But don’t get it twisted; there is a good list of playable titles. See this: Jpcsp Games Discussion.

- Multi-language packs (English- French – Spanish – Catalan – Lithuanian)

This is for people who want to pirate PSP games without having to buy a PSP, probably because they can’t afford it. Besides playing PSP games on the PSP is nicer than with a keyboard.
What are you saying this is good news for me. I have a psp 3000 with ofw 6.10 -AW- I hope they fix more bug and all Iso games work in the future.

Avia Laptops are not powerful enough to emulate a PSP they have limited ram and use an Intel Atom CPU @ 1.6GHz. Try running this emulator on a 1.6GHz PC with a low end video card and 1GB of ram and see how well that works out for you. Also is the Avia even on the market yet?
