More video, less concrete evidence… And by concrete evidence I mean an actual file or some binary that I can load on my PSP and try myself. So mark my words: this is the last time we post a “Hello World” video unless it’s accompanied by a release or it originates from someone credible. My word.
Plenty of years in we’ve pretty much seen and heard it all… “I’m not going to release it because Sony will patch it.” Fine, fair enough. Perhaps it’s a save game exploit in that of a downloadable title. Sony can pull that in the blink of an eye. Or they’ll find and patch it themselves before your next crockpot meal is done. Either way: it’s getting patched up. And then there’s the, “Everyone is being mean and criticizing me so I’m not going to work on it anymore.” C’mon, really? I mean, really?!
Anyway, here’s todays video:
And another thing… What’s with all these shaky-ass videos? You’re going to publish a 5 minute long clip that gives everyone a headache AND you’re not even going to show how your “Hello World” hack is loaded? Give us something man! Fuck.
Anyway, I want to believe you. We all do.

I feel the same way, seems like every week there are a few, some seem more credable than others but all so far have been by unknowns or near enough, its annoying and even slightly disheartening, I don’t know what to think anymore. They’ll kill peoples spirit alone and the scene will defo die if these kids carry on. Heck I’ve even gone so far to start learning C just to get some sort of idea, but I digress… Someone please hack the PSP Go, Sony aren’t even releasing that much quality content on the EU store! Its depressing! If PSP hacks start a contest with a fund to whoever creates a CFW for the Go I’ll donate every spare penny I have
fake or not, this is fucking awesome, its good that theres exploits out there that people keep to themselfs, eventually it will be re-realesed by some modders than can code this into something awesom
just hopefully someone (dark-alex,team gen,team typhoon,etc) will make sometype of cfw, or hen that can work on these consoles

This exploit and the creator is just a big joke and a “tease.” to get people all excited about the possibility of a hack for PSPGo. When Sony created PSPGo, they made sure that the modders, hackers, and exploiters won’t be able to touch the internal software. (correct me if I’m wrong.) And even if it IS exploited and somebody builds something on it, dont you think that Sony will just simply create another OFW making CFW work on a new encryptor for new games? It just seems pointless effort to me.

Yes you are wrong, Team Typhoon made a HEN exploit for the PSPGo within 2 months of its release, they have just refused to release it. I would love for an exploit to be released, I would be up at my local Power Gamer(local independent game shop) picking up a GO.
Yup it was called mercury exploit I believe. And it did actually got released. But it was patched…
I do not know if buying the game now using PSN, and replacing it with the OLD eboot will open it up. Maybe I will try this weekend…

some advice to ppl making vids on psp-go:
*use a stand for your camera and psp
*use a duelshock3 to control the psp
doing this will = good video and you don’t have to move the psp while running your hack.

I was wondering the same thing the other day they can figure out these exploits but they can’t figure out how to mount a camera in front of a pspgo and just use a PS3 controller so you don’t have to keep moving the cam and the PSP.

I’ve never developed a PSP exploit and yet I had no trouble simply sitting a camera in front of a PSP and filming it. Anyone with half a brain can do it. Shitty camera work alone makes the video difficult to believe even before you see obvious mistakes.

when a middle-aged lation man cracks the headlines for majority of psp hack sites outthere..most credibiliy GEN.. then you know the psp scene is losing progress.. at this point is useless and obviously fake videos keepig getting posted or distributed around the pirating community well then..the remaining hope of the G0 getting hacked and 6.20 frimware and 6.10 firmwares getting hacked are simply oblivious and dumb-founded..this is killing me and alot of others..seeing wannabe middle aged men who have no life but to make shetty videos..

He was clever however to show the PSP being shutoff then turned on again showing the same page. It was probably an HTML file on the mem stick so the WiFi thing didn’t come up.

Buying games won’t do shit. CFW is locked out of the PSN, not games. You can go and buy a UMD with PSN linked online, but since the PSP has CFW, PSN will tell you to eff off and update.

Easy, so some asshole does not take it and use it. Which can be done with CFW. Also, Sony does MAC address bans on consoles when they want to ban someone.

Hey Greg, pass me that asprin bottle man, I promise I will only take Two. This dude does not reboot his psp, its still in pause mode. Somebody give me something to work on. Whats those extra folders in SYSTEM? Video+Music? Sure you can put the Go into service mode, but you need the IPL for it to boot the memory stick. Swapping SFOs doesnt work ether. Nice portal trick. j-peg image in the COMMON folder. Oh by the way, those pictures of Yoshi and MaXgen on the net in a club were holding cans of beer. The PSPs were just airbrushed in.
