greg | November 23, 2009

Somewhat like TimeBatteryPercent but with a little more elegance… Get Total_Noob’s DayViewer and not only view the date and time in just about any format, show the battery percentage too.

  • Changed patch way, now the day will change without rebooting.

Ok, I need a bit of help, if someone is willing to give it to me, I’d appreciate it.

I bought a PSP 2000 off craigslist that has CFW 5.00 M33-6 installed already on it. The battery was broken, I fixed that, I’m thinking the previous owner attempted to make his own pandora battery.

If the firmware is already installed on the psp do I still need to get a special battery?

Also, is it normal for PSPs with CFW installed to not connect to either the computer or PS3?

And lastly, I tried downloading a game specifically for the 5.00 M33-6 firmware, copied the ISO to PSP>Games on the memory stick, but the PSP says there’s nothing there.

Sorry for the long comment! Appreciate all the help this site’s given me already.

if there already is a CFW you don’t need a battery.

ps3 will detect a fake firmw. but you could change that with the version.txt trick (file with in there f.e. 6.20 written :))

You need to put games into the directory ISO on the root of the memory stick.

Have fun

it should connect to your pc and ps3 thats weird
create a folder on the root of you memory stick called ISO and put your isos in there so its m:/ISO
psp/game is for homebrew

It would be cool if in the next version, the battery icon fades out, then the percentage fades in, then reverses back to the icon…

Where do I find vsh.txt?

Comment by nyr2k2

In the SEPLUGINS folder. If you don’t have a vsh.txt in there, create one.

For all those who are having problems using multiple plugins and it not working it seems that the #1 cause is game categories. I have tried all the plugins individually to find the cause and the only one effecting it was that. I have cxmb, psp console, cwcheat, music.prx, amongst many others and there all on and working with dayviewer, however the second i turn on game categories the two plugins conflict with eachother. If anyone can contact the total-noob team on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

Nice! This and game catagories together would make for a really sleek XMB experience.
Now I just wish my PSP hadn’t been stolen Friday =[

This would and could be the one of the most convenient plug-ins for the PSP if you could use in while in a game (through the home menu.) Not too useful otherwise!
