GoTube v1.0 Released: An alternate to PSPTube

First SofiyaCat, then JK108, and now Biscottealacrevette… There are likely others involved with making this possible too. If that’s you, let us know by leaving a comment below. Otherwise download and enjoy YouTube on your PSP all over again. And not only YouTube; watch Google Video, Mega Video, Daily Motion, and other clips from many popular video-sharing sites.
The coolest thing with GoTube: you can add/remove video channels (or sites) using GoTube Update under “Internet Radio.” Let me show you…
You’ll need to copy “GoTube.prs” to PSP/RADIOPLAYER for that to work. And also, if you’re using Bubbletune’s Game Categories plugin, you’ll want to keep GoTube uncategorized so the GoTube Update feature works properly.

FYI: Will not work if you don’t have a folder named VIDEO in the root of your memory stick.
This looks very similar to PSPtube.
Is this an alternative to PSPtube, or is it another build off of PSPtube (in which case it would be an alternative to Ultimate PSPtube)??
Both are based on PSPtube so it’s an alternative.

if you want adult sites, download ultimate psptube and copy the files from the sites folder to the sites folder of gotube

just put some AVI movie file in your VIDEO directory and start up GoTube, and enjoy :P works for me

Does this use all the ram like the high mem mode psptube?
Is there a way to get rid of that greyness and red/blue lines in HD videos? Gets really fustrating, most of the new videos on youtube are HD, it’s just impossible to watch them like so :@:@

This is pretty much identical to psptube. It’s got all the same damn problems too so this homebrew is redundant.

It crashes when you play movies

Installation is easy, just make sure you place the GoTube.prs in the RADIOPLAYER folder of your memory stick and then place the GoTube folder in GAME. At first I couldn’t get this to work, but this was due to BubbleTunes Game Categories plug-in. You need to place the GoTube folder outside of any CAT_ folders (Uncatergorized)

just go to radioplayer and click gotube.prs to update a new website(include adult web)
to me this works better than psptube.
this is BETTER than Ultimate PSPTube 2.0 because it tells you the uploader, how many views, the rating, tags, and how many people have voted on the rating! It’s way better!!!!

when i tried to click on the arrow to download the site it shows the script of the site and it doesnt offer the download like it does in the video i put the prs in the radio player folder and the gotube in the gamefolder and yes i have cfw 5.00-6m33. i tried to be slick afterwards by saving the link and i put it in the sites folder and tried to play it and it just said error

well, i must be dumb as hell, but i cant get this to work. i download youtube.js, but when i launch gotube and try to select Site, it doesnt work.
So then i try Open url, put youtube, and it doesnt work! someone help o.o
Works good, only the Pornhub site doesnt play videos.

hey im relatively new to the psp homebrew scene but i’ve read up alot on it and managed to ahck my ta088v3 mobo myself and do some basic stuff to it.
I tried go tube and ultimate psptube and both seem to be giving me similar errors i.e
Javascript load error ms0:/PSP/game/goTube/site/._abrutis.js
(i get the same error but the file name and source location is different) i tried putting it in the game150 folder as well but no avail. do i need some other java pluggin or homebrew for this to work.
java is enabled on my default psp browser fyi.
I am using 5.03 Gen A (full) as my cfw. any help is appreciated and welcome thanks.

needs an upate to more sites. like the sites in PSPTUBE arent in there. like most of the ADULT SITES arent there. i mean u inlcuded pornhub, but it doesnt work. lmao everything else works though better than PSPTUBE
