I used to play the real version of this all the time when I was a kid. We called it wari
here in Philippines we call it sungka. usually made of wood and we use shells for the beads.
BOO-YA! My favorite game has come to PSP. Of course this will never beat the real deal. It’s just not the same.
I loved playing this in Quest for Glory 3.
It’s called Sungka in here, but it’s not exactly Chess-like, in both the gameplay and depth. Chess is a MUCH deeper game for me.
Here in Singapore we call it Congkak(chong-kak).
i think this is nt Chongkak .. Chongkak is also kwn as Batumi .. this may seem similar bt chongkak has a huge hole kwn as ‘rumah’ or home wher playrs has to score in order to win .. and chongkak is frm malaysia .. they use red seeds as beads .. =) im frm sg too ! awesome hmbrew ! cheers !

Ahh, Mancala. I used to play this with my father when I was young. Wonderful game. So simple, and at the same time, so complex. My strategy never fails though. I always win now. :D
