Mediumgauge; PSP Filer version 6.4… It’s the best way to manage files and directories — on your memory stick, flash0, flash1, etc. — when you’re PC/USB-less. And not only that — PSP Filer is a full-fledged file manager… Open binaries, decompress archives, the list goes on…
I’d make another video showcasing the radness that is PSP Filer, but unfortunately I don’t have my Slim handy, so this same old screenshot will have to do for now.
PSP Filer v6.4 changes:
- Supported to extract 7-zip archive.

i agree on the ui being dated, but with all the added functionality it seems hard to make a better ui.

i love this app.
but now its behaving weird.
i have a slim with 5.55GEN-B2 CFW.
filer opens fine, but its as if the start button is being pressed continuously.
filer keeps cycling through the different locations: ms0, flash1, flash2, ram disk, ms0…
my start button is fine with other apps.
anyone else having this problem? or suggestions.
i never had this problem with m33 cfw.
i’d rather not go back to the m33, because i use my psp to play music a lot. the subfolders in music are really handy to sort my music.
Are you making sure to use the 3X kernel version rather the 150 kernel? Since GEN B2 doesn’t support 1.50…

it’s the hold+ plugin that causes this, disabled the plugin and al is fine

Team Gen is working on a 5.50 GEN-C.
Take a look at pspgen.com.
They may have a workaround in store for us.
Right now, they say GEN-C no longer requires you to patch games.
No other info as of yet.

Just tested it.
Games that had problems with speed no longer have issues.
Games Tested: Axelay (60 fps frameskip 1 no slowdown.)
And Chrono Trigger (60 fps no frameskip, no slowdown in battle.)

I have psp 2001 with cfw 5.00m33,
tried using this app but d background is a black screen.. Any ideas how to change it??
I tried changing it but is still on black..
Any idea on how to change the language? The app shows up in German for me and my German is a lottle rusty :)
