PSP1000 on 5.00m33-6 trying to play my backup of GranTurismo.
I used UMDGenv4 to extract eboot… then game-decrypter-by-yoshihiro-v4… then this patch. re-built iso with UMDGenv4 and I freeze on the GT logo after the intro. Anyone else having this issue?

i followed the instructions carefully but i can’t make it work.

Q. is this only works for UMD games that directly extract from UMD disc?

Q. do downloaded psp ISO games from sites like espalpsp.com can patch by this?

i always get a message “Process succeeded – C:\…..EBOOT.BIN – File was NOT patched [0 bytes written]“. was this okay?

eboot.bin from persona cannot decrypter with v4

yeah when your decryting it withthe youshiro thingo
make sure you only take out the eboot not everything

and then after that get the decrypted eboot and put it back into the iso and rebuild it
( now its ready for gen) but you need it to be for m33

so close everything and put the new iso into umdgen
now extract everything and then use the patcher it works.
if not try 2 or 3 times.

yeah this happend to me as well
when youve decyted the eboot put it back into the iso and rebulid again and then extract al lof it adn then use the patcher on the eboot file you need to have patients 2 or 3 tries will do it.
i got Fifa 10 and Gran Turismo working.
