All right… First, thanks to everyone who participated in the Dashhacks “tagging” (and I use that term loosely) contest. Five fortunate folk, who will receive a PSPgo (PSP-N1001), were chosen based on creativity and pure awesomeness.
Tweeted were several entries — some super awesome, some awesome, some questionable… But whatever the case — you’re all winners. That’s right — just for sending something in you may claim a free Dashhacks T-shirt. Please email admin @ dashhacks (.com) with your twitter name, your address, desired size (L or XL only), and whether you want white on black or black on white.

Twitterer contestant, acessage, sent this in… At first glance it’s somewhat believable; however, upon further investigation this Atom Smasher’s Road Construction Sign Generator turned up. Declared a winner, but as we sit here and discuss, some believe the win should be retracted.
Tsk tsk…
With that said: we’ve compiled a small list of people who actually went out(side) and did something… Not that we don’t appreciate the photoshops — they’re cool too.
Sudden Death: Who Gets the GO?

As for the 5th place…. my vote… unsure… 1 of them is illegal(he could get arrested) *tagging on a wall… the others are just plain easy… no such effort in them to win a PSPgo (to promote dash-hacks)…
I actually painted(a huge DH) on the roof top of my house, but I needed a higher view(copter view) to take that picture for it to be understandable & I also did painted over a roof top of a BMW. Too bad I do not own a camera or a friendly neighbor who has one… Sooo me not being able to compete. =(
You never know mate, your roof maybe in the future, being shown on Google Maps, zoom in on your roof to see a giant DH on there.

The only way to be undetected would be to use a proxy or an ip mask…..how would you be able too see that….? I was watching the votes today too and it rose very quickly in a matter of 10 minutes it went up about 30 votes!!!

I voted for Pepelluepe since I recall seeing it earlier on, kinda surprised they didn’t kick you out of the store for that unless you got permission somehow, and they just don’t know any better, haha.
Disappointed in the road sign one, I thought for sure that it’d be a winner and I guess it was. Regardless of it being a “good idea” he/she tried to pose it off as being real which it wasn’t, so that=fail in my opinion, should’ve been honest about it.

and printing out a few pages, pushing them through a cover and hanging them up at a videostore you work at is more creative??? seriously…i spent hours on that sign, hung it up at different places, eventually went with the “monument dashhacks.com” and the sign stood there for a week before anyone touched it..

okay, i mean, you can’t get the effect because you’re not standing there looking at it..took the pic wiht a 5 Mpx camera..so yeah…but it really looks awesome, day and night, and you’re bound to notice it…about 40000 people drive by it every day, it serves the commercial purpose, it has caught peoples attention, and i’ve advertised the site to everyone i know during the past three years…
