MacroFire v3.0.4 Released
greg | August 18, 2009
Remember the days when you’d program some 3rd party controller to pull off Mortal Kombat fatalities or Street Fighter combos with a single button press? Yeah, you know what’s up — it’s all about the macros, baby. Do that and more with pen’s MacroFire plugin… Record and execute macros, tune the analog nub sensitivity, remap PSP buttons, and you can enable rapid-fire mode on whatever buttons as well. MacroFire does it all.

how do you install it and then access the menu of it the readme is all messed up!!!
cheers in advanced
Wow this is awesome! Great job and thanks for sharing.
looks kinda complicated..lol
doesn’t work with 5.50Gen-B
This does work with 5.50 Gen-B. I have been using the macrofire before this for a while with no problems at all, so all I did was copied over the needed files to over-write the old ones and it works like a charm! Let me know if you need help installing this!
I know i am a noob but i would need help instaling it please.
It is fairly simple, just follow my directions below and all should be fine.
After downloading “Macrofire” from above, copy everything to your “seplugins folder” except the following: remap_sample folder, license, readme.txt, changes.txt and src folder!
Once evrything else is copied into your “seplugin” folder, open up your vsh.txt, game.txt and pops.txt files (if you don’t have them, create them) and add the following:
ms0:/seplugins/macrofire.prx 1
Once this is done everything should be set and ready to go.
Now restart your psp into recovery mode and double check to see if the plugin is enabled, if so go ahead and start a game and press the (+ & -) keys to activate the Macrofire menu!
Again I am using 5.50 Gen-B Full, but I am positive that this works on m33-6 as well!
Hope this helps, enjoy!
It would be nice to know how to access the menu as the read me file is all screwed up, just like the first poster has said. So can someone please post the key combo.
Thanks,
Chad
If you have everything installed correctly (in the right folders) all you have to do while playing a game is press the (+ & -) keys together. That should bring up the macrofire menu.
And what would be those folders? as in how do I install it correctly? I tried putting everything into the plugins folder but it didn’t show up in the recovery menu?
Looks very impressive, especially for an in-game menu. Can this be used to fix certain apps that don’t honour the X/O swap (come on people it’s one line of code V_v), without affecting the ones that do?
awesome..!hehehe i like this plugin..i know some people may find this complicated at first but i think for others you should still give it a try. (chuck norris never wear a watch, thats how tough he is cuz he decides what time it is)
wats the changes fron the prevous release
will this work with fusa gamepad?, because if you plug your psp into a ps3 run fusa game pad the consol will recognize it as a second controller but the buttons are all oposite
