First Comment lol, but yes~ I was just trying to do this the other day, this is wonderful >D
DERRR HERR HERR first comment. Damn you’re one cool mothafucker.
Raging at interweb people who mention first comment doesn’t make me a faggot at all!
No, but flaming flamers makes YOU a faggot :)
XD
might be useful for some people who don’t have a gamepad already
Has this been tested on 64-bit?
It works on Vista 64, I just tried it out on my computer!
It’s not too bad actually…if they could make it wireless though, that would be awesome
there’s also the older program wificontroller for those who like it wireless.
yeah, WifiController is really great! should be much more comfortable as I’ve already tried it myself.
but the one problem it has – it sends information all the time including when IDLE instead of simpler keep-alive packets
thus generating huge amount of heat and unnecessary radiation.
the tweaking is so simple yet the project been abandoned, shame…
awesome..now i can play nintendo 64 with the psp…XD XD
u have less buttons..unless u use the the misc buttons
I can’t try it with FAT PSP, right ?
you should be able to, im gonna try it
Works perfectly on my psp1001B2 on vista home premium with cf3 5.00m33-6
If we already have apps for this… why do people make others… It’s things like these that make people go “I use this one cuz it’s better than the other one” when in reality they both do the same damn thing…
Not exactly the same thing. One is wireless and this one is via USB cable.
Well I tried it and it was sort of working but it was just going down on its own. Is there something I did wrong?
Seems to be working great for me, once i disabled RemoteJoyLite.
Shame though that the d-pad doesn’t function as its own independant POV hat.
Do know what I might of did wrong?
So Im on a mac, and it reconizes that the PSSP is attached:
PSP Type D:
Product ID: 0×01cb
Vendor ID: 0×054c (Sony Corporation)
Version: 1.00
Speed: Up to 12 Mb/sec
Manufacturer: Sony
Location ID: 0×1a200000
Current Available (mA): 500
Current Required (mA): 2
But the problem I have with it, is that I can’t configure controls for it. Under all my emulators I can’t seem to set key bindings.
Well, the arrow keys and the analog works as one. can you fix it? :D thanks
i agree that’s a problem…
Lol, did the same thing with Wificontroller
I’ll try this though
Support for Windows 7, but no Linux? wtfgtfo
Never mind, you people didnt answer my question. I found my answer anyway.
Oh, sorry, God, we’ll try to get back to you sooner next time.
Yeah so sorry we didn’t accommodate you since you suck at looking things up on your own.
No linux support? Well.. we have to wait and see.
inorite? leik thay hav windouse 7 (whitch esnt reelested yt) but kno linux. FuSa gtfo pls
Umm use Firefox the spell checker could help you… i mean in that whole “sentence you got 3 words correct…
but,linux,fusa…
Maybe then you would fail so bad at flaming?
Why not make your own retard I bet most browsers have spellchecks. Jeez
it should support linux… it’s recognized by the computer as a gamepad… so every OS should recognize it that way too…
Hey it doesn’t move for me D: I did something Wrong? help me please!
I have it connected but i don’t know how to work it from there help!
I have gotten it to move a few times but the reaction time is quite slow when it does move
Same here. I’m gonna try some of my other USB ports. I think it may be because I (or we) are using a phat PSP.
Ya it seems that the different USB ports don’t change anything. I think it may be because its a phat psp. *sigh*
i have a phat psp… works great for me…
kick ass you can make you psp a ps3 game pad with this to :)
now how would that work? The PSP has 4 less buttons and one less analog stick.
and IMO wifi controller is better.
Theres no way to “fix” that its a “feature” to the app just wait for the next release I already posted on their site ’bout the Synced controls
shut the fuck up
everyone who has a problem, disable all plugins first, it has memory issues
The only problem I had with the plugins is RemoteJoyLite. I disabled both the VSH and POPS, and this homebrew runs smoothly!
well itried it on my windows 7 computer it detected it as a game cotroller and installed it properly…it is detected by my game (nfs pro street) but the buttons dont do anything
go to the settings in the game and map your “controller”
simple and effective. awsome
it didnt work on my mac. it didnt even recognize the controller i tried using it with cod4 and halo and nothing happened ? any other mac users have a problem ?
Its emulates standard gamepad, nothing mac specific. My Macbook Air sees it just fine.
Same as N@T3 here but im on good ole xp sp3……..
If you fix the analog and arrow keys as seperate this would be perfect. Otherwise, its hell playing San Andreas on my computer with my PSP.
My one works fine. I am using psp-2000 5.00m33 .
I have a ton of controllers specifically for gaming on my computers but I don’t even care. The creation of this little tool is simply awesome!
To be honest, the only reason I decided to comment on this is simply because I am absolutely thrilled that they decided to include support for Mac in this little project! Thank you guys so much for all your work! It is very much appreciated!
does this app have something to do with firmware???. do i need to upgrade to m33 5.00-6???,
guys, what if it shows “exiting – driver was not loaded “? what to do?
nvm,fix’d playing guilty gear
superb, team fusa’s , right things this is first step modification psp to be controler, next time psp will be a smart controler household. fusa’s can you help me to making shynthesizer in psp and it can be control by keyboard controler(digital piano
) because fusa expert in “communication tech”
tq
Exactly what games can I play with this?
ANY you’ll just need a Gamepad manager like XPadder it hotkeys your button to any key on your keyboard/mouse
now its bugged, after I reboot my laptop it doesn’t work anymore..weird huh?
I jast instal these and now i finds it no wok and cunt unstal it i get alwas error dam thing gived viras in me camputar how i can unstal this plis?
thank me anglis no vari good
Ummm
1. It’s plug and play it auto installs the basic windows user interface device
2. It’s Localized to the psp so it can’t give you a virus…
3. to uninstall delete from psp
4. to exit press home button
If i plug this to PS2 it will work?
Yes it will work but you’ll need a USB to PS/2 adapter
Great if your using with a game that auto detects a controller such as devil may cry 3 (worst game pad control setup in history)
And using with pinical game profiler while using a good gamepad such as the 360 one to set “good” controls
Great app thank you
Will it works on my PSP Fat 4.01 M33-2
Can someone lend a helping hand to someone in need?
I’m running 5.00m33-6 (phat psp)
I have it installed fuSa (I’m assuming) correctaly, but when I run the eboot on the psp, my pc doesn’t establish the usb connection, and after about 15 seconds, my psp just shuts down. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appeciated.
y did people start calling it “phat”? instead of fat, i think its rediculous
I have the same problem. I have a Phat PSP on 5.0 m33. When I run Fusa, the app comes up, but then memory stick light just goes on solid and my PSP feezes. I’ve unloaded all plugins, and even tried re-downloading it with the same result. Tried having USB connected and not, does the same thing.
I bought another used PSP-1000 for a buddy. Set it up exactly the same way as mine (same firmware and plugins), but FUSA works on this one for some reason. Very strange.
Mine did this when I put it in the GAME150 folder. Try putting it in GAME5XX (Create it if it’s not there already)
LMAO @ Zascas Horrid Spelling,You Made My Day Chump!
It’s really useful, I think. It would be better with some minor improvements: add an auto USB-charge function OR shutdown-screen function. But I expereinced some issues with the D-pad, it’s really just four-way-ed and hardly eight-way-ed, sometimes it comes out forcefully… :S
Is this like a controller for the pc, example i can play NBA 09 for pc with this?
Arrow keys on psp doesn’t work :(
only works with analog!
good job this is one of the best app i used well not the best but it comes close
i dunt get this..i pluged my psp to the usb n ran the program n my psp turns black thas it nuttin esle.
Could you update so you can use the PSP as a PS3 gamepad?
You guys do realize that you can also use fusa gamepad as a ps3 controller right? cause in beginning to think that im the one person in the world who does… if your trying this remember this, CIRCLE on PSP is X for PS3, START on PSP is R2 for PS3, SELECT on PSP is L2 for PS3, and there isn start or select for PS3 to my recollection
i wish that the devs would optimize it for ps3 use that’d be sweet
this app didn’t work on my fat running 5.50gen-b, if anybody would find any updates for this or somewhere someone found a way to fix this it will be very apreciated :D
the error it gave me is:
“exiting-driver not loaded”
Great program! got it working in a few minutes. Is there a way to use the psp as a wireless controller?
PSP running 5.50 gen b
PC running Windows 7 64-bit
I tried remotejoy/wificontroller but I can’t install remotejoy. If anyone knows a thread/solution that can help it would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
So the first time i tried, it worked perfectly on my windows 7 notebook. next day when i wanted to play again…it works in slow motion, the reaction is terrible. i have to press for like 3-4 seconds to make it work :-??
