It works on Vista 64, I just tried it out on my computer!

It’s not too bad actually…if they could make it wireless though, that would be awesome

there’s also the older program wificontroller for those who like it wireless.

Comment by Miki800
2009-06-09 15:21:44

yeah, WifiController is really great! should be much more comfortable as I’ve already tried it myself.

but the one problem it has – it sends information all the time including when IDLE instead of simpler keep-alive packets
thus generating huge amount of heat and unnecessary radiation.

the tweaking is so simple yet the project been abandoned, shame…

If we already have apps for this… why do people make others… It’s things like these that make people go “I use this one cuz it’s better than the other one” when in reality they both do the same damn thing…

Not exactly the same thing. One is wireless and this one is via USB cable.

Seems to be working great for me, once i disabled RemoteJoyLite.

Shame though that the d-pad doesn’t function as its own independant POV hat.

So Im on a mac, and it reconizes that the PSSP is attached:

PSP Type D:

Product ID: 0×01cb
Vendor ID: 0×054c (Sony Corporation)
Version: 1.00
Speed: Up to 12 Mb/sec
Manufacturer: Sony
Location ID: 0×1a200000
Current Available (mA): 500
Current Required (mA): 2

But the problem I have with it, is that I can’t configure controls for it. Under all my emulators I can’t seem to set key bindings.

I have a ton of controllers specifically for gaming on my computers but I don’t even care. The creation of this little tool is simply awesome!

To be honest, the only reason I decided to comment on this is simply because I am absolutely thrilled that they decided to include support for Mac in this little project! Thank you guys so much for all your work! It is very much appreciated!

Ummm
1. It’s plug and play it auto installs the basic windows user interface device
2. It’s Localized to the psp so it can’t give you a virus…

3. to uninstall delete from psp
4. to exit press home button

Great if your using with a game that auto detects a controller such as devil may cry 3 (worst game pad control setup in history)

And using with pinical game profiler while using a good gamepad such as the 360 one to set “good” controls

Great app thank you

Can someone lend a helping hand to someone in need?

I’m running 5.00m33-6 (phat psp)
I have it installed fuSa (I’m assuming) correctaly, but when I run the eboot on the psp, my pc doesn’t establish the usb connection, and after about 15 seconds, my psp just shuts down. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appeciated.

I have the same problem. I have a Phat PSP on 5.0 m33. When I run Fusa, the app comes up, but then memory stick light just goes on solid and my PSP feezes. I’ve unloaded all plugins, and even tried re-downloading it with the same result. Tried having USB connected and not, does the same thing.

I bought another used PSP-1000 for a buddy. Set it up exactly the same way as mine (same firmware and plugins), but FUSA works on this one for some reason. Very strange.

It’s really useful, I think. It would be better with some minor improvements: add an auto USB-charge function OR shutdown-screen function. But I expereinced some issues with the D-pad, it’s really just four-way-ed and hardly eight-way-ed, sometimes it comes out forcefully… :S

You guys do realize that you can also use fusa gamepad as a ps3 controller right? cause in beginning to think that im the one person in the world who does… if your trying this remember this, CIRCLE on PSP is X for PS3, START on PSP is R2 for PS3, SELECT on PSP is L2 for PS3, and there isn start or select for PS3 to my recollection

PC running Windows 7 64-bit

I tried remotejoy/wificontroller but I can’t install remotejoy. If anyone knows a thread/solution that can help it would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
