So are these cards like the official cards? How is this Homebrew? Any reviews or suggestions on it? I am a fan of the actual card game >_> so it would be nice to have something accurate to it.

Yes it supports the real cards and this set contains all the images of the supported cards as well as a retheming to give it the MTG feel.

The official releases by Wololo dont have the images or references so as to not cause a stir with WoC, but thats what we are here for :)

The homebrew itself is great and the ai plays pretty decent, to be quite honest.

I doubt youll be disappointed if you check it out and are a fan of the real game.

For the geeks really

Anyone saying anything about it being for geeks, just look at yourself playing videogames. Seriously…. grow up people and realize people can like what the want to like and that doesnt make anyone anything other than having an opinion and preferences.

I think it´s funny that people are calling each other geeks here.. It´s pretty clear to me that we are all geeks here, otherwise we would not be on a psp hacking site :P

I´m a big console hacking geek but i would never be ashamed of it. I mean why be ashamed for having a nerdy hobby?

As for these games go i cant see anything more “geeky” about them than many other activities.

It´s just when people get consumed with games (or anything else) and prioritizes them higher than a normal life permits.

Dont know where i was going with this but the point is that i think its funny that some geek is calling someone else a geek, like there would be some nerd hierarchy :)

Dont get me wrong these games are not my cup of tea and i despise world of warcraft but i think it´s a bit hypocritical to make fun of other geeks :P

Nicely put everyone, way to stick up for us who actually like this game. As for you people who are smashing us and calling childish names, that is just ignorant of you. Nobody made you click on the link, that was of your own accord. If you don’t like it, then don’t click on it. Simple as that.

Now about the game…
I have been playing MTG since I was pretty young. I was taught the game by my uncle many years ago. I love it so much and even though I don’t play it much anymore, I am glad to see that someone made it into a Homebrew Game. I plan to download this new MTG themed version and hopefully get back into this great game. Thx Wololo. :D

Maybe someone could make a geek factor calculator so it’s clear who is a bigger geek than others. Maybe having a wow caracter gives some geek points that are multiplied by the level. The frequency of using the word noob could be used for measuring. But i guess following the aweful trend of saying first! Would triumph it all :-P
Then you could deduct some points, for example if you were in a band or something..
