BakonICE v2.10 Released

NoEffex’s BakonICE is back in the limelight with version 2.10. Not only can you cheat Socom Fireteam Bravo 2 in the most unethical of ways, you can now do the same with FTB 1.
Porting props to computermatt for bringing [most of] the features over to FTB 1. With that said, some components of BakonICE for FTB 1 are buggy or not functioning at all, while everything remains intact for Fireteam Bravo 2.
BakonICE v2.1 changes:
- Ported to ftb1, lots doesn’t work
- Uses a strapper so that it loads either ftb1 or ftb2 for you. It takes about twice as long to start up, so if it doesn’t come up when you hit the menu, wait a minute.
- Took out the animated name thingamabob for now, it was causing problems. I’ll put it back in eventually
- Added a mic hijacker – makes your mic emit sounds close to that of a broken cat

By that I mean you hold the mic button, and instead of it reading from the microphone itself, it reads from a really, really, really messed up buffer that sounds really, really, annoying.

umm will this ban me if i use it online like night pr? cuz the moment i turn on night pr in a game online i get disconnected and get a 3 day ban.
with this installed it is hard to get a server it kept saying server not available

umm come on guys, not online please… haha i know that’s an unrealistic request but the hacking has moved on recently and isn’t so prominent on this game anymore and nothing against NoEffex as you are a beast programmer and you probably know more than i could even think about haha but i was hoping it wouldn’t be ported to FTB 1… but no biggy
There are plenty worse things for ftb1/2 than bakonice, especially since most of the bad stuff doesn’t even work right, if at all.

Doubt it, I don’t recall porting it for ftb1. Perhaps, I’m not sure. Last I recall it only ruined grenade games, though for ftb1 I suppose all games are grenade games. Besides which, you can always get voted out, which happens rather often.
People shouldn’t have to go through the trouble of identifying and voting out hackers in a game most of them paid for. I mean, seriously…A mic hijacker? What kind of douche makes a hack like that and releases it to the general, idiotic public?
