iR Shell v4.92 Update Released

AhMan kicks off this weekend with a [minor] iR Shell update for all y’all. No, no advanced multi-tasking just yet; however, iR Shell 4.92 introduces support for Dark_AleX’s Legacy Software Loader (LEDA), increases the RemoteJoy frame rate for PS1 games, and fixes a couple bugs.
AhMan also notes –
The advancded multi-tasking feature is now in beta testing and will be released when it’s ready. I got emails from various people asking if there is any way to join the iR Shell beta testing. I’ll make an official announcement here. For donators who donate US$15 or more, you will receive an invite email to the private forum which you can download iR Shell SE releases (Special Editions / Betas) and also obtain technical support.
iR Shell 4.92 changes:
- Added support to Dark_AleX’s LEDA. Pls note iR Shell only supports LEDA version 0.2. To enable LEDA support within iR Shell, enable the option “Legacy Homebrew Support via DA’s LEDA” under iR Configurator.
- Increase remotejoy framerate to around 30 FPS while running PS1 games.
- Fixed most game audio stuttering while mp3 is playing.
- Fixed PPA plugin crashing with nethostfs/usbhostfs access.
Install: merge the iR Shell 4.92 update files with your existing iR Shell 4.9 or 4.91 installation. Otherwise, download the full 4.9 package and manually apply this update.

wow Ahman mad smart with the $15 dollar for private beta ahh reminds me back when i bought crackdown to play halo 3 feels just like yesterday :)
I sense that AhMan will be ‘in the money’ with all the people wanting these betas/SEs
BUT what if those donators who got the SE releases them publicly? What will happen? End of the project? or nah, who gives a fvck right?
Well since its possible to put a serial number in each download, he will probably just stop that person from downloading further releases

man im still so pissed at the fact that phat psps can’t multitask like it’s such a shame and i really don’t want to go to a psp slim again i hated that thing so much it feels cheap and not well built and right now i recently bought a rare brand new japanese white psp giga pack off ebay for 92 bucks …please don’t ask how i was just lucky an ive been wanting to get one of those and yes i did change the region to use and 5.00m33-6 :)and im really not going to switch for a slim with this phat psp and how can i leave ir for my ir keyboard :)

i haue never been able to play games using this shell. i dont know why. i mostly use it for uncompressing and watchin pmf’s. o and changin my friends tv chanels :)
