PSPi v0.1 for Windows NT Released
greg | March 9, 2009
Don’t let the title fool you — PSPi works under just about any version of Windows — it’s not NT only. So with that said, get your hex hack attack on with RainMotorsports’ PSPi.

Quoting Rain –
It’s a little rough around the edges but it’ll do for now. I didn’t have the time to implement removable drive or PSP detection for this version so you have to type the drive letter, and I recommend using a capital letter.
Available functions include: Standard SCSI Query, Format Memory Stick (Device Level), Retrieve Unknown Data, Retrieve USB String, Retrieve Firmware Version, Retrieve Nickname.
NOTE: Submitting a Query for Format Memory Stick will format your memory stick.
NOTE: Firmware Version and Nickname can only be pulled on Firmwares 2.00 and newer. If bytes to pull is less than what’s put out the command fails, the app is currently only setup to handle 128 bytes as none more is needed but I will allow more in the future. The app will select the known length when you change queries.
Download: PSPi v0.1
Credits: PSPi is based on code originally written in C for Linux by Jim Paris, which was then ported to Pascal/Windows by TheivingSix, which was then updated and modified by RainMotorsports.

I’m confused…what is this used for?
It’s not really meant to to do anything, besides use SCSI commands on the computer to tell the PSP to do something. And don’t ask for it to be able to make an exploit for the unhackable’s right now, because it can’t, and most likely never will. Just wanted to clear that up for you noobs. ^-^
wow I’m gonna have ultimate fun with this! it’s like the best in the world!! holy shit! this beats the hell out of games! I like hex and shit!
btw if you didn’t catch it by now I was being sarcastic… D:
Shut up and go away douchebag.
idk… I thought that was funney!!
it’s not that offensive… come on, he expected a new developpement on something or maybe an exploit of some sort…
I understand him, I could ”tell my psp to do stuff” in hex, but i’d rather be playing games witch, does plenty ‘’suff” all at once! and pretty too… lol!!!1!
and yes, I think it’s useful in some way… I just don’t know how and where right now…
but good job anyway!! keep it up :)
Yeah I’m just trying to have fun and have awesome apps! No need for name calling. That’s immature.
d’oh!!! my name was supposed to look like a stick-o-dynamite!! is it good now?? ok… I thought of something… can you fix problems with this?? or maybe let’s say it this way: can we finally remove that psp watermark that comes up in the gameboot??
I managed this only once, on a late firmware version, but cannot repeat that operation since… could I go in the prx and change that from my pc?? is that the way that app works?? or am I really way off!!??!!
