Another day, another PSP Video Converter (PSPVC) release from Nick. Convert just about any video format to a compatible PSP format, real easy like too. And good news for Windows Vista users — PSPVC now plays nice with Vista’s UAC security.
PSPVC v3.44 changes:
- Updated FFmpeg engine
- Added a codec pack check
- Fixed yet another queue bug
- Fixed a bug when converting videos without audio
- Fixed a fade in/out bug in “Tweak Image”
- Made PSPVC fully UAC friendly

Anyone get an issue on windows 7 saying directx out of date and wont run unless you try and install it?
wooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhoooooooooooooooo!!
second comment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah I had this problem with Vista as well. I believe it’s because we and any one else who use windows update have already got the new Direct X which fools PSPVC and make it think we are running an older version. And since PSPVC was programmed around the older (once the newset)Direct X, were screwed until the developers update PSPVC.
wow a real first comment not all FIRST !!!
No I use firefox 3.01 and it never asked me for anything
I posted many not first related things…
greg why do we have to know about every single update?
its great for games that don’t automatically update but for something that automatically updates comon
though still its somethin
Firefox isn’t an OS.
found glitch > fix bug > found glitch > fix bug > found glitch > fix bug > found glitch > fix bug…
the cycle never ends!!!
Anyone know how to rip from DVD? Or cut and merge the movie files?
Do I need to install “CCCP Codec Pack” for the video converter program to work?
WTF? Did Windows 7 even come out yet?
It’s out in beta format for those that wish to test it out and kicks the tires on it sort of speak. Of course it’s not recommended by mircosoft if you’re installing it on your primary machine as any bugs or errors encountered aren’t goint to have a quick and easy fix or solution.
Durr Durr Durr!
Yes, it has added a codec check so it will refuse to work correctly…

It is better to use Sony’s official software for transporting video files.
It is called Sony Image Converter which transports AVC main profile, AVC baseline profile and MPEG4 files to your psp. In Transporting music to your PSP, use Sony Sonicstage. these are the programs that are included when I bought my Sony Walkman MP4 player in Sony.
Just download it in download.com
does sony’s official software allow us to add a subtitle to the video?
i thought for some reason he meant downloading with windows explorer internet not install it lol
