ISO Read Log: Measure Access Time for Reading ISOs/UMDs

Interested to see how much faster custom firmware 5.00 M33-6 really is? Here’s a straightforward plug-in from Dark_AleX to measure read times from both the UMD and memory stick.
Install isoreadlog.prx like you would any other plug-in, load a UMD or ISO, and whenever you want the logging to finish, press L+R and the output will be written to “drivers.txt” on your memory stick.

Gotta admit we all owe a lot to Dark Alex but this is one of those releases that is a bit OTT. Appreciate the hard work and all but I can see how much faster it is, I mean there’s a massive difference in the larger titles. I am not going to masturbate over opening up my text file and plotting exactly how much faster it is down to a ms or a single fps. For all those who do (except the dark man) get a gf! hell go outside, breath the fresh air. JUST DONT DOWNLOAD THIS, ITS POINTLESS!

If I went around complaining about everything I didn’t have a use for, I wouldn’t have time left to do anything else. If you can’t find a use for it, don’t use it. Other people will find it useful for profiling and testing.

If this app is so pointless to you, then why would you waste the time to bitch about it. A normal person would find something else to do when they find an app that is of no use to them. If you have a complaint that the program doesn’t work then say it, but if you just want to act like a bitch then you are the one that needs a life and or girlfriend. I think this plugin is cool. Just to show yourself the specs. Seems like dax wants people to know the update is better than the fatsmod.prx plugin. Great job and can’t wait to use these new plugins on my 3000!
Ive always been a fan of seeing the frames for second when im using a emulator this seems cool … Now if could only get that 3000 modded :p

great job for the programs made here on this website. i would like to know where i can get access to the codes to start my decrypting of the psp codes enbedded in the system to help in the cfw game someone lead me in that direction.

this would be a very nice tweak… but this is just to prove that the most thing updated to 5.00 m33-6 is true or is really working, with this more people will shift to m33-6 than using m33-4… =) a single improvement but a very big help….
