GripShift/Sparta Exploit: Pong v1.0 Released

greg | January 11, 2009

Dragula96 says it; “it just feels wrong when a Hello World is not followed by Pong.” Thus — a newly coded version of Pong for the Sparta/GripShift exploit. It’s Pong — what else can I say?

Nice, now how can you use these hacks on a psp3000 without that game -_-

Just like the past exploits found in games. You do require the game. Sorry…but I would advise finding the game before it is patched, and the original version becomes so expensive.

Just like the Lumines exploit.

They will need to find a way into the Kernel BEFORE they will be able to make a CFW for the PSP3000.

First Pong, next the world.
Not just Hello anymore. Good Job!

The questions is buy Grip Shift now or later. I don’t even have a 3000. I don’t really want one till its scan lines are fixed. Wich sounds like it won’t ever happen.

If PSP 3000 mod were to be successful, chances will be your ’supporting’ game vendor would mod them for you for certain price. BTW, ‘Grip Shift’ gameplay is not bad.

This is amazing. I can see this GripShift being the start of what’s possible with the PSP-3000 and all the unhackable motherboards. As they say, the sky’s the limit. ^_^ Awesome job.

Hmmm, it seems its too late to get a copy of Gripshift for cheap. It’s going on eBay.co.uk for prices ranging from £40 to £70. x_x Well, it was bound to happen, but I didn’t think it’d happen this fast.

It’s Not Like Alex Not Giving A Detailed Report On How The Hacking Is Going…

So Under My Circumstances I Say You Are Not Alex (Duh!!)

Anyways Nice Exploit Though These Type Of Exploits Will Be Patched And So We Need To Find An Alternative…

Though I’m Sure That Joek Or Dark Alex Will Worry About That After This Exploit Because The Patch…

So I Still Going To Wait….

(Pointless Drivel I Know But Just Deal With It)
