Jpcsp v0.1 (Rev. 812) Officially Released
greg | December 16, 2008
And here it is; an official release from the Jpcsp team. The latest is reported to run select games while many bomb, either some showing random screens and glitching out or they do simply nothing at all. Anyway, check Jpcsp out — it’s Java emulating the PSP. Try your homebrew too.

Check the Google Code project page for revision information.

ive havn’t tried it yet but i know we’ve all been waiting for this rock on guys keep up the good work
F java
GEt on with the F ing n64 emulation cmon you slackors
dude. chill. this isn’t even the same team working on the n64 emulator.
the daedalus and daedalus x64 and both still being worked on currently. it’s not even a java emulator for psp, it’s a psp emulator for pc. don’t be so ignorant. there are a lot of projects out there for the psp, not everyone can work on the same one.
I’d be happy if this runs commercial games!…
Homebrew sucks when you play this on that emulator!…
But anyway, this sure is a very good start!.. So keep it up!… I’m sure you guys can do it!… two Thumbs!..
sorry for the n00bish comment but how do i run this?
so is it an eboot psp game emulator used on the pc, is that right?
wew nice :D :D
hope seeing the 0.9 release soon :D:d he he he
this one nut just playing EBOOT.PBP file.. but also iso.. puzzle bubble is playable :D :D
though not at full speed
i was gonna tell this guy to give up for a sec 812 revisions wow. i give him props tho cuz i failed my javascript class in high school… mainly cuz msn was more fun to type in :P
At least you had a Java script class in high school. I could take it if I live in the other city in my county, but instead, I live near the crappiest school ever.
but a java emulator for the psp exist? i want to play some java games on psp
Why did they do this in Java, Java is slow look at runescape …. learn some C++ ….
I mean good on them its a great achievement but why JAVA!
its simpler than c++ and the code lines a shorter with java
Absolutely brilliant..
this is going to be a watcher for me!!
Thanks for releasing and keep up the good work :D
lol java.
C#/C++ would be better but if a group of coders want to do it with java…hey, as long as it works who cares ?
maybe after some bugs have fixed spiderman 3 will fully work no it shows a part of the intro, this is fucking insane XD ,good job
