BakonICE v1.55 Released

You’re probably thinking to yourself, “I’m already cheating Socom Fireteam Bravo 2, to the max, how could BakonICE get any better? I mean, c’mon…. Seriously…” Then suddenly — like a flashbang to your face — NoEffex’s BakonICE v1.55 is available for download.
BakonICE v1.55 changes:
- Secondary menu has analog, cheatbuttonage (longer you hold the faster it gets, to an extent), all the goodies.
- Added a bunch of crap to the secondary menu, and I mean a bunch.
- Fixed a retarded bug that was just a typo. It mixed up the stack area browser and the in-game menu.
- Removed No Fall Damage, “Skytrix” as the creator calls it, and jump height from Hotkeys.
- Added secondary attachment modder instead of Crawl In Water. Experimental. Experimental. Experimental. Did I mention it was experimental?
- The in-game-only menu confused the hell out of me (as to why I did it that way), so, I revamped the thing, a lot. Changed the delay, how the buttons worked, among other things that annoyed me.
- Secondary menu no longer goes through that long and tedious delay.

Once again another lam mod with lame features, when you get something new to put in it, why dont you just wait a couple of weeks and get some more in and put all the new mods in this hack and then release it instead of releasing another update when ONE new mod comes out.

No, I agree with alex. He’s releasing files to fast. There’s no since in releaxing something new every few days, when you could wait a week or two and have one big release.

Just because I don’t feel like adding EVERYTHING to the changelog, doesn’t mean it wasn’t a large change. I mean, c’mon, I added a BUNCH of crap, and fixed a bunch of crap that was broken, which was the easy part. Just because it didn’t take long at all (it is a good device for adding onto :)) doesn’t mean it wasn’t large. If you want me to list I will open the damn thing up and list everything I did.
I understand that. but cheating at a game isn’t something that needs a change every 2 days.
Why dont you in your next gay update put in an online update so that people dont have to get rid of the old version and ad the new one, so it would then work the same as a psp online firmware update?

Shut the hell up kids, I don’t see anywhere a rule where it’s required to brown nose the developer when posting. If you prissy little girls can’t take criticism, then get the hell out of here and stop the whinefest.
On to the topic, releasing a new version every so often tires people out, like someone previously said, it’s just best to compile all the little changes and bug fixes into a bigger update. Not only that saves time and effort, but gives the dev more time to even tackle more bugs, or even find and fix new ones created from the new additions.

Naturally I, the developer, would have waited a while and have been getting better at it, but there were some pretty bad bugs that needed ASAP fixing.

I don’t even play fuckin socom cuz of u jackasses!! u really wanna do good make a hack that detects someone cheating online and boots em, not the regular players just the cheaters. i swear to god u do that i will donate u sum cash! i loved playing socom but cheaters took all the fun out of it! i havent played it in over a year.
