PSP Filer 5.7 Released
greg | November 28, 2008
First, our apologies for that unscheduled downtime. Second, Mediumguage has released an update to the one homebrew app you’ve no doubt grown quite fond of — PSP Filer v5.7. And if haven’t used it, you should. See the download page for a general understanding.

PSP Filer 5.7 changes:
general:
- fixed a bug to be frozen while accessing UMD (depending on CFW’s version).
filer:
- added a feature to scroll left to draw file names wider in deep folders.
- fixed a bug to have shown a wrong bit rate of VBR MP3 file.
- fixed a bug that some MP3 file cannot be played which has a large (>64KB) header.

i just tried this app and i love it, it makes organizing your ms easy with out haveing to connect to a computer
same lol, and i know this has nothing to do with this thing but has anyone else noticed that the picture of the psp at the top of the page dose not have the new background picture and dosnt have the PSN symbole on it? it should be fixed LOL!!! anyone else agree?
ok, now i hate it, i put everything in my root menu into my psp folder and i dont know what says in the psp file and what goes back onto the root :(
use Xplorer, its a psp homebrew too ,way easier to use, more user-friendly, and easy windows like interface
thanks
hea i googled it and i cant find any program like that, could someone please give a link to the latest verson of it.
Still hasn’t fixed the crash with viewing images.
Can I write into flash0 flash 1 with my slim yet using this , or is it still having problems ?
You should use the VSH menu (USB DEVICE: flash0) for that. Or the Recovery Menu.
So, am I the only one who crashes when viewing images?
I have not experienced crashes when viewing pictures (.jpg & .png & .bmp).
Have been using Filer for a couple of years (always update to the latest). 3 PSP’s running different firmwares (1 slim on the latest 5.00M33-3). No problems.
i got a fat on 5.00 m33-3 and i can view any pictures in any format i want no problems.
AWESOME!!
