PSP-FTPD v0.5.0 Released
greg | October 1, 2008
One day you’re transferring some files to your memory stick over a USB connection. Fortunately, some of those files end up being ZX-81’s PSP-FTPD. The next day, that USB cable used for said transfer is now misplaced leaving you in a state where you’d ultimately end yourself on the evening news. Suddenly, realization — ZX-81 has no doubt saved the lives of many… You’ve installed PSP-FTPD allowing you to continue installing and enjoying the homebrew you love. Say what? Transfer EBOOTs or whatever desired over a WiFi connection and compatible FTP client (ZX recommends Filezilla).

PSP-FTPD v0.5.0 changes:
- Improve speed transfer (tested at home with 500k for download, 250k for upload)
- Tested on PSP slim with fw4x-m33
- New graphics for EBOOT & background
- Add music for EBOOT
- Bug fix in battery status display
Download:
PSP-FTPD v.0.5.0 (cfw 4.xx)
PSP-FTPD v0.3.8 (fw 1.50)

another cool app from zx
SWEET I’ve always wondered why nobody made a program like this.
many thanks zx!
Well, this has been out for quite a while… this is just an update.
I’d like to see zx-81 make a portable psp webserver similar to all those tiny ones we see on slashdot :)

AWESOME!!!!!
cool, but i dont have wi-fi.
Sorry :/
Very nice. This has to be in the top 20 most useful hoembrew apps. Keep up the good work.
Great, it will be more if you can use the SFTP protocol.
tftp is all you need
Custom Firmware Extender has this function build in for years. Easy to use and the best thing is its not an eboot apps. Find it and check it out!
looks like it has alot of issues with music on 4.01m33
yes, it’s the same code as pspftp ;), but it doesn’t integrate the new changes i’ve made to improve the speed,
Zx
This app is very useful.
i am completely confused on how to use this. i start it on my psp and itseems to work, but then my psp resets and nothing happens. Is there something I need to do on my computer first?
It would be much more comfortable if it was FTP CLIENT with GUI for PSP. I would run a server on my PC and wouldn’t even have to touch it to get to my files.
