PSP Hardware Alarm Suite v2.7 bld 1730
greg | September 15, 2008
Not far from the lead in QJ’s homebrew contest (vote) is Mr. 305 with PSP Hardware Alarm Suite v2.7 build 1730. We’ll call it PSPHAS for short; PSPHAS is a fully functional alarm clock that, well, will alarm you when needed. When it’s time to wake up, when AMW is about to begin… Whatever your situation, PSPHAS does the trick.

What’s new/changed?
- You can now cancel Alarm Once it is set by Pressing RTRIGGER; This bug accidentally crept in due to a last minute change to my PSPUpdates Compo Entry Version (the latest version to date).
- CORE: You can’t change to Alarm set mode UNTIL you STOP the alarm
- CORE: As Per user feedback, You can now snooze for 5 mins, once the alarm is playing.
- INTERNAL: Changes to graphics module to accommodate changes along with other optimizations and cleanups
- GUI: Improved exit/poweroff/sleep mode animation: Now uses 5 Random effects; Further smoothened animation — no more choppy borders!
- CORE: Now uses SQUARE to stop alarm; to make it more similar to Poweroff Alarm Module/
- GUI: Changed intro.

Weeeee Alarm clock
Am I going to be “alarmed” once I use this? Coz’ as far as i know the sound of the psp is not that loud.. (wink) ill try this out.. to make sure..
The last build of this alarm clock was pretty loud. But, you had to make sure the volume was completely up before you started the eboot.
Good app.
Turn your volume to the highest, and it’s freaking loud. It’s so irritating you’ll wake up trust me (:
Very very reliable app.
Infact, I wake up SCARED with heart beating hard!
(Applies to Poweroff Alarm Sound xD)
Yes, and the best thing is I will definitely without a doubt rush to the PSP to quickly press the SQUARE button!
I don’t want to wake my family/neighbours up! (:
Now I will set this alarm clock for my daughter so she can get up on her own at 5:30 am instead of waking me up that damn early.
how do i install this shit?
Put all the files on a floppy disk and throw it at your psp.
hilarious lol
the power off mode is a great feature…i would like to see an option for alarm sounds(wav power off) in menu(i know you can customise the wave file if you’re any good with goldwave but its not my case, and can you fix your options screen …it does not save your selected options(12hr format and miliseconds)..it resets on every start up…
Yepp… It’s a known issue.
All the features will be packed for a major release. SOON?, donot know
Cool! So it works for both the slim and the fat? :D
how to install this alarm clock thingy?? ;p
just how did i can install this thing…I really want it for my psp, cuz i wake up so late..and I don’t want to rely on other people
