Taking the virtual stage is Pirata Nervo with yet another hard hitter. Evolving into quite the shell replacement — NervOS version 1.7. Check out the new features/changes below, and the full feature list via the download landing page.
NervOS 1.7 changes:
- Calculator
- Web Browser (sceKernelExitGame is patched on it so it returns to NervOS after the user quit it)
- Sony OSK for text input
- Ability to skip tracks (after loading a playlist)
- Ogg Support
- Playlist reader (m3u)
- File Browser: ability to delete files/folders.
- File Browser: ability to rename files/folders.
- File Browser: ability to copy files/folders.
- File Browser: ability to make folders.
- File Browser: displays file size after file name.
- File Browser: sorts alphabetically folders and files and folders are displayed before files.
- File Browser: detects more 14 file types.
- When entering Load Music, the music only stops after you choose a new one.
- Customizable font.
- Icon0.png
- Remove highlight bars.
- Removed “..” and “.” From the file browser.
- Fixed a bug in the task manager.
- Internal Core changes
- Fixed bug in the Image Viewer.
- Fixed bug in the clock system

I really don’t mind that these guys feels so amazed by the fact that life has finally given them the chance to be first at something. If that makes them happy and need to yell it… so be it.
i think this app/ shell replacment is going very well. you have done the psp community proud. as always keep on, keepin’ on.

good attempt but he/she has a got a long way to go till it replaces irshell in my mind
This project is getting interesting — If all the small bugs here and there can be squashed, it would probably end up being more popular than iRShell.
Furthermore, I don’t know if it exists, but a code/text editor would be a handy tool for the file browser.

i like it, its pretty straightforward. i guess someone already suggested videos for the next update but as for themes i think it would be awesome if the pictures could be something other than png. idk if the psp itself is incapable of doing it or just no way of getting the app to do it but to have a background animation would be awesome like with a gif format or otherwise.

It’s very nice. What these shell replacements always lack is the ability to play your own mp3s while playing games.
that works perect for me while on afkim :) but i wanna be able to change the track during game which i can never get to do

i downloaded this and it worked but when i try to exit the program it keeps on coming back. i can’t get out of it. when i turn off the psp and turn it back on, it’s there. i cant go to xmb. please help
Try entering in recovery menu and disabling the autoboot plugin >.<
Version 1.8 prevents that
