The name speaks for itself — transfer files via Ad hoc from one PSP to another: one-to-one or one-to-many (up to 6).
The coolest part — if the receiving PSP doesn’t have Minerva’s homebrew installed, you can transfer said tool using Sony’s official game sharing. Then the rest is all gravy, baby.

No not really. While you maybe able to transfer the homebrew program to another official firmware psp with game sharing, when it attempts to execute the code it will refuse since it doesn’t carry son’ys official digital signature.
Also, does this work with computers?

Damn. Because my laptop can pick up adhoc networks. I was thinking maybe Icould use this and map my psp as a network drive via adhoc since I don’t have a wireless network to use with the Custom Firmware Extender ftp feature
if you use the 1.50 version of irshell you can adhoc file transfer to your pc, just look in the faq for irshell.
can it transfer flash files?

Yes, both people have to have it. I transfered a game at 400Kb/s

The program used to do the transfers can be sent via game sharing, then they can use the tool to receive any other files. They must get the tool, and to run the tool they must have CFW. You need to learn to read.

You must really be a noob ! it works EXCELLENT and NO, the receiving psp doesnt need to have the program because you can transfer it with the GAME SHARING option, so this program is GREAT ! also this only works with psps that have been customize, CFW only !

the idea behind this app is beyond awsome. however IRL i’m guessing it’s a little slow, gonna download and try later with a friends psp. Can anyone give an example of the speed (how long it takes to transfer a 1mb file or something similar?)

Some people don’t want to use irShell, especially since it is no longer developed. irShell has some nice features, but it’s a rather large clunky application and some people would like those features as independent programs. Also, I may be wrong but I believe that in irShell it requires that both people have irShell. This allows transfers even if the other person doesn’t have it, but you can send the program itself over game sharing.

the file shows up corrupted on my mem stik it put it inside the game folder but it corrupted yet v0.6 work runnin 3.90 m33-3
never mind it works i just had to get rid of the other folders great app

set adhoc same channel ( or both psp automatic channel ) b4 u do the transfer.. u might set ( the one recieve file) all plugins OFF..

with the version before this, if you start up the ad hock file transfer on one psp then take out the mem card and put it in a differnet psp you can then install it on to your friends memory card.

i have problems with adhoc. some of the transferred game always hang and my psp automatically turns off or networking (pvp) doesn’t connect.

I have a problem with the “SEND A.F.T feature…”
Whenever I tried to send the AFT to another psp my screen suddenly turns to gray and after 20-30 seconds my psp automatically shutdown..
