PSP-Maps v0.6 Released

Still scouting your whereabouts using PSP-Maps version 0.5? Step your pocket-sized atlas game up with Royale’s PSP-Maps 0.6 — it just keeps getting better and better. Nice work, Royale.

PSP-Maps

PSP-Maps 0.6 changes:

  • added splash screen for the NEO Spring coding contest 2008
  • added a progress bar when shrinking the cache
  • added an image to help zoom in (show/hide with button O)
  • updated the Makefile to remove old version number

Fantastic app! I’ve been trying it since the original releases and it just keeps on getting better. This app unbores you and in all honesty it will more than likely develop your Geography skills! Well worth it tbh.

I used psp maps last night in my car when trying to figure out a way around this crazy part of town thats full of one way streets. Luck me I had cached my whole city the day before!

Yes i used mine today without wifi after loading last night.it worked very nicely,fast too!
Is this an entry into the contest? cause so far its the best IMO.

you don’t need the source code, it is for developing, i think u just want to use the app.

props go out to royale for a great app, but heres the thing, i cant use it cause i dont have wifi, is there any kind of way to download the map data to a pc and then transfer it to the memory stick?

if so please drop a link in to a tut or sumthin’

i heard this is only for psp slim? i have tried to load on fat psp w/cfw but nothing happens!!!!!!! anyone help????

It work on my Original PSP with 3.71 M33.
Make sure it is in the GAME3XX folder.
Have you done any MAC spoofing on your PSP ?, It might be the problem.
