Yet another PSPTube homebrew update from developer SofiyaCat. This January 29th release is now working with the PSP Fat again. Other changes improve the Slim’s TV out support.

Hmm… so just a minor update.
Well, not for phat users..seeing as we didn’t get the last one…but for slims..ya..minor update
I’v never ever used PSPTube before and never saw how it looked like since I’v been busy.. doing stuff. Can someone explain what this does I guess it goes to the internet and allows to watch youtube videos?
Can someone give me a rank 1-10 about this.
and I have 3.52 M33-4 and want to know if that will work

have you tried looking on google, or the psptube websie, or anything? jesus.
anyway this is for 3.71m33, not 3.52

yeah he’s wright just put it in the game3xx folder and it works just long loading for me -__-

I kinda new though. How do u put the psptube?
Its for custom firmware so if you have skip this step.
Step 1:update from a 1.50 or X.XX Custom firmware to any M33 and I guess OE if you want to but you need custom firmware.
if you anything above 1.50 you will need to downgrade to 1.50 and upgrade or use pandora to downgrade/upgrade/unbrick to a M33 Firmware.
Ok so download the PSPTube which is the latest one. Go on your MS->Game3xx (for example game371 folder)
and put all the files in there and go to you xmb to game and you should see it and boom use it and press select for switching and 0 (circle) for entering and I forgot the others.
i’ve only used old versions (when i had free wireles…) and that worked fine with my phat.
but either, updates generally mean good. =]

my house has a signal for my psp internet, so can i make thing work without using the pc?
Just choose your usual wifi connection after starting Psptube.
i ahve CFW 3.80 m33-5 , this app opens pretty well but never streams anything !! anyone has idea how to make this thing working .. i’ve put the application folder in game and my kernel is switched to 1.50 , plz help i really need this application .. thx in advance

It does work on 3.80 M33-5, you have to set the kernel to 3.80 and copy the PSPTube folder and paste it into the GAME380 folder.
This way works fine.. Working wicked on me phat 3.80 M33-5..

for the most part this works on my 3.80 m33-5 slim, but some videos like bo burnhams videos just make my psp freeze up and turn off. happens occasionally with other videos but i love bo burnhams songs and it makes me sad that i cant watch them
still a great app tho. nice work SofiyaCat!
Some videos also freeze on me I don’t know if its the PSPtube bugs or just the video raw format.

Hello everyone, I have it runing on the 3.80 m33-5, but i cant see anything. How i copy the URL to the favorites? Any help please?
I need to re-format the MS in the 3.80 m33-5 version?
Extract contents of file then copy PSPTube folder to GAME folder on memory stick.There is no need anymore for a Youtube Dev ID.To view DailyMotion you must register with DailyMotion a username and password(Don’t forget to confirm by email).
Next open PSPTube folder on memory stick and edit config.js (By right click goto edit) to include username and password between quotes.
Example: psptube.dailyname = “name here”
Psptube.dailypass = “password here”
SELECT=Change Favorites -> Playlist ->Youtube ->Dailymotion ->VeohVideo ->Stage6 ->NicoNico ->Onsen
Circle = Enter Search Text.
Triangle = Open Url – Add to playlist – Play Playlist – Rename (X to select)
Square = Toggle Video list and Video screen.
X = Play.
Shoulder Right = Next 10 videos in list.
Shoulder Left = Previous 10 videos in list.
When playing Video.
SELECT = Screen size.
START = Pause,Resume.
Dpad right = 2x Playback Speed.
Dpad left = 0.5 Playback Speed.
Triangle = Toggle time bar.
Square = Toggle Video list and Video screen.
Circle = Stop and return to list.
This is my first attempt at a tutorial so sorry if it is missing some info.I will try to better it.Just hope it helps

what do i do after i start up psptube
my screen is black and at the top it says favorites
Press select twice until it says YouTube at the top. Then press ‘O’ to search for a video.
Does anybody have an exact way of making this actually show a video. Ive seen movie and read tut.orials but just cant seem to get this working.
all i see on my psp is youtube - no video Online and a black screen I edited the .js with my you tube login name and password but nothing

finally got it to work on my 3.90m33 but when I search youtube and go to a few pages and select a video it freezes doesnt even start to play. I can save favs. Is it just because I am in 3.90m33?

I have the same problem, but i had it even on 3.80 m33. its interesting cause i didn’t see anyone else with the same problem here.

After streaming 5 videos continously, it wont play now. >.<
it hangs when I choose a video and then shuts down.

I tried it on 3.90 m33 ,no sound just video,and freeze while pressing some buttonz which need restart……..it doesnt matter to me I just want the sound…
