Two homebrew updates that will keep you entertained for the final weekend of 2007.
Deniska, two days ago actually, released Tyrian PSP v0.8. Download the patch below and if you haven’t already done so, grab the full package too. Copy the v0.8 EBOOT.PBP (patch) overwriting the original install (full).
Tyrian PSP v0.8 patch:
- some tweaks in music emulation code resulting some speedup
- based on the latest (647) revision of OpenTyrian
- better OSK support
SofiyaCat has also improved PSPTube today. By the look of things we may see the final version (20071231) released New Years day — on the 31st. Online Japanese to English translation indicates a possible cumulative update from past beta releases.

- Stage6 respond. (Video successfully reproduce less.)
- Config.js favorites in a folder (a favorite) can be changed now
- SELECT button in the full-size video, the original, can now be switched
- Playlist function has been added
- Other small bug fixes
- Download and fall to make bug fixes. (Β3)

Can anyone post a full package for psp tube again?
nevermind that, this works way better than the first release, although the sound is messed up often and it begins to get choppy after a few seconds.

yeah i e updated from the old one i was using just got this new psptube today and it works flawlessly and amazingly huge update from the old one i was using and no more lag expieriencing for me i think this psptube will do for me
oo nd bye the way can someone tell sofiya cat to put with other sites besides psptube and veohvideo whatever thas called can we also have mypsace tv and yahoo tv or is this pushing the limit ;)
yeah i love the new utube for psp, major changes and playlist function plus saving to favs lol..but you have to learn the buttons yourself cuz there’s isnt an readme!

This version is really better than previous version….but…this still contain some bugs…
Big bug I know is lost some scenes and colors turn black and white….I dont know why…..
About sound and music….It’s too good….

Wow, PSPTube works Great On my 3.52M33-4 PSP, The save fuction works great i love it, It seems to work very good, I get NO lags at all! sound is perfect!, It Rocks! cant wait for the full release! this seems very stable for a beta.

The best youtube player for PSP is when you remote play it with a PS3 :P…but of course some of us dont have a PS3 so ..yeh… =/
psptube,my alltime fav homebru on psp,wow looks and sounds great not as many bugs now and fav and playlist folders rule.the psp entertains me in soo many ways ,such a top handheld,why doesnt everyone own one.i notice a bug when i search beatles,always crashes on all versions of psptube

wow- mind blowing updates. Tyrian is AMAZING; already on episode 4, fantastic update.
Almost as good of an update as psptube, which now does not require a .cfg file and is perfectly synched on youtube videos. Divx support is a wonderful surprise, though it lags.

I’ve had no crashes… only the acceptable wireless hangs, but if you’re patient, pause/unpause… yer ok….

Tyrian is an amazing game. my only problem is, towards later parts of teh game, fully upgraded weapons make my game MASSIVELY LAGG. is this fixable?
