Weltall spreading some holiday joy with a new release of CWCHEAT — the universal tool for cheating each and every PSP game or PSOne title under POPS-emulation. And more!
Weltall’s changelog summary:
As for the loading process now the drive is checked in a better way this should make startup faster while making it even more safer than before. This new way allowed also to make the checking for new disk automatic in loaders like irshell and usb loaders so it’s not needed anymore to use a combination to make it reload the database and disk id (the manual way will still be available in this release but will be removed if this new method will work fine).
Now the clock function will allow you to change up to 333/166 even in 3.71+ firmwares.
As for the latest big improvement: now the text for the various translation were all stored on a mysql database this allowed a better and faster generation of files needed to do translation so i was able to make all the various texts which were left before only in english translatable and will be same for the future text which will be added, even adding new languages or changing size of the various strings is extremely faster. As a side effect of this old translation files (.lng) are invalid now so you need to grab a new one from the language folder of the package and put it as cwcheat.lng in the folder /seplugins/cwcheat/.
For 3.71m33 users you should have at least 3.71m33-3 to be able to use cwcheat in the 3.71m33 series because of missing patches in the older firmwares. Users of older firmware versions (3.60, 3.52, 3.51, 3.40)
aren’t affected by this.

seriously am i the only one who doesnt use this thing
I dont use it that much either, I only use cheat devices to make games better. For example, on Rainbow 6 Vegas online, the max players are 4, but with this you can make it 8. Also with AD HOC fighting games we make the time limit infinite. I dont use infinite health or anything like that.

I don’t think so.. I think he/she is right. It’s common sense really… And while some/alot of people are like this, I wasn’t one of them, though, I wouldn’t know about vampire, or anyone else, I only know for my self. Guess I just have a brain to think, read, and browse?

Anyways, as for this release, I really don’t see anything new worth updating my current version for, regardless, thanks as always, and good job Weltall.
actually you should update the disk checking is quite important as it will nullify the possibility of crash deriving from early access to umd (quite rare but still could happen with slow umds)
I dont have many games, and the ones I do it works fine with, so personally, for me, their isn’t anything. I’ve been using th same one without problems for a while now lol. So their are probably other things I don’t know are added, I think I have the release where text search was added xD. But really, I don’t have any games that need this update, but you others, update. :O
Not that you didn’t do a good job Weltall, we all appreciate it :) Just that The game sI play the current version works flawlessly for me. Lol. I did download it though, I archive them just in case :)

If the game is in the cheat database, their will be cheats in the “Select Cheats” menu. If not, you can search for them by difference, text, fixed value, and stuff. It’s pretty simple really.
If you have ever used a gameshark on N64 to make your own codes, then this is pretty much the same deal with extra features, but for the PSP, and has other options as well, like remapPSP so you can change buttons ect, like for example, your analog stick is broken, the game requires use of the analog stick to move, you can make the DPad the analog stick, and the analog stick the DPad, ect. Very useful plugin.

haha sweet relaese and yes i DO dl games lol i didn’t downgrade my psp for nothing i didn;t do it jsut for emulators lol since emulators are pretty much the same thing OWN the game then dl the rom ppft lol duz any1 here ACTUALLY do that?
well I buy every good game I play. then I do an image of it and sometimes delete movies and music to decrease size and to listen to my own Mp3’s. Of course I dl games but if they suck i delete ‘em and if they’re good I buy ‘em. same with music. developers and artist need money ffs. without money = no quality releases. quite easy

Need some help… I have it all loaded… cheats work, but I cant get the Memory Card manager menu to show… its supposed to be above the “return to game” menu, but its blank with no text. I can enter the menu.. but its all blank… the text of the menu doesnt show… is this a problem for anyone else or did i over look something? feed back please.

Can someone tell me why the CWCheat [PSP GAMES] when a activate a cheat and “able cheats” the cheats never work for most of my games and only about 1 or none cheats work am i doing something wrong?
