Another quick one… Hazirvan emailed yesterday with some news regarding Dark_Moon’s 1.50 kernel patch for _HellDashX_’s 3.73 HX-1. It’s basically the 1.50 kernel add on from Dark_AleX. So you know it works well. Enjoy the homebrew!

What about the Recovery MENU Fix?
IS WORKING FINE THE PSX GAMES DON;T WORK BUT YOU CAN MAKE IT WORK
USE DARK ALEX POPLOADER (seplugins)
AND WORK JUST FINE

i can’t get the PSX games to work. which seplugin from dark alex should i use? i presume the PSX games should be put in the ms0/PSP/GAME folder. thx
even if from alex its still not 100% stable….I rather be with a 100% like 3.52 than a 80% or 90% one
i know this is off subject but im on ofw 3.71 and my psp has been unhaked evr since i got it is there ny way to dwngrade it to 1.5, can i use pandora unbricker or can i do somthin else besides usin gta or lumines
yes you can use a pandora battery it will work.

No, because it doesn’t work. Even if it did work, you couldn’t get into the recovery menu to change any of your settings. Also, the upms doesn’t work. You’re better of waiting for sth better to d/l. Hopefully, if you’re unfortunaate enough to have tried to install the hx, sth better will come along shortly and you’ll be able to install it atop of this crap. Worst choice I’ve made since getting my psp.
well i just install it on my psp and it works like i wanted to. i can now use the gba and snes emulators i had and i was also able to get into recovery mode so idk wut u r talking about. did u forget to put the 150 eboot in the root of ur memory stick?
uhh what is the root of the memory stick?
when you go to ‘my computer’ and double click the corrresponding drive letter for your psp, and the screen that first pops up is the root.
is’nt 8 coming out in like few days? is it possible to record streaming audio??

ppl are idiots to upgrade to 3.73. do your homework first or else your psp will get a big fat F for failure.
I like DAX/M33 because they fix there bugs really fast when they find out
An update to above, and apologies to Dark Moon. This does work as does the 3.73 as does the upms if you wanted to go back to a different version. IMPORTANT to know, even for less-than-noobs like myself. Always make sure the file is named 150.PBP, not 150.PBP.PBP!!! :oops:
I think because 3.72hk was buggy, some people are reluctant to upgrade to the 3.73 version. Besides the Recovery Menu, this is a much better release. Havent had any problems with this version, unlike 3.72. Even if its buggy, still better than what Sony has provided, thus far. Mabye official 4.00 will be better.

lol this fw sukz no offence hellcat buut theres no recovery-_- and u CAN downgrade this fw usig upms jus run desperado cementario and run INSTALL 3.71M33(this works for fat and slim psp) if tis dosn’t boot up afer that downgrade try agen and should work coz this happened to me lol

The 1.50 addon fix’s the recovery menu issue.
I just installed 3.73 HX-1 and then the 1.50 addon to one of my PSP’s and I am pleasantly surprised by how well it runs, considering all the negative stuff I have read.
I do not use popsloader or any plugins on this PSP, but a heap of homebrew & emulators + backup ISO’s.
All run without an issue, just like they do on the M33 CFW’s.
The 1.50 addon also fixed the recovery menu access issue, so that is also working fine.
All up I have had no issues whatsoever and I have given it a pretty good test.

wow dsf, u gotta be shittn me. wat u smoking? hx firmware sucks. It turns your psp into a ticking time bomb. and helldash isnt even effn legit, so people with slim will upgrade to this piece of crap. 3.71 m33 rules

i got it workin fine i can play all my homebrews and i get to use remote play for my ps3!!!

I’m on 3.71 m33-4 and everything works fine and games which need 1.50 kernel (Like csv6…don’t need eLoader bu some programs still won’t load)
i haven’t try ed this cfw myself and even if it is not so good i am always happy to accept new firmware devolpers because dax cant make cfws his hole life and when he is gone only this hx guy will be left to make cfw’s. and give hx guy some credit he i think and hope he is kinda new at this
so….cut him slack and give he credit like this>(thank you for the free cfw’s and hope to see
more for you and keep up the good work hx guy.)
