Quoting Weltall, here is a summary of changes:

This version has many major changes in the cheat engine by fixing some wrong behaviour with less/greater than multiple and single skip codes. Before, in contrast with the wiki reference, cwcheat checked also the equal in the less/greater than codes; now it’s fixed to don’t check for equal in those cheats. Apart from this the inverse jocker code needed a change because it was conflicting with 8bit single skip codes and now it’s 0xD00000dd 0×3nnnnnnn. Plus 8bit multiple skip codes were added for greater/less/equal/not equal. As for other features now it’s possible to invert the color scheme by using the config file and it’s possible to use the analog to scroll the text in the text reader. And various little fixes and optimizations as always.

So crack open a bottle of WHiskey, whind back, whelax, and enjoy cheating your whay through each and every PSP title. Whhy am I saying whhat, whhat whay? Enjoy!
