Back in ‘95 when I was hittin’ switches, I was also playing Nintendo Virtual Boy at a nearby Walmart. To be honest with you, it absolutely sucked, and that’s most likely the reason why Nintendo discontinued Virtual Boy the following year. Nevertheless, SofiyaCat is breathing life back into the ol’ portable game console with a brand new PSP emulator — Red Dragon. It’s currently in the experimental phase of development, so you never know what to expect — unforeseen issues may occur. Give it a try, leave your feedback below, and enjoy the “true 3D graphics.” ;)

Nope it freezes on load up just get “Read the instruction before Operating” Oh well have to see what configs to play with

I tried a computer emulator of the Virtual boy several years ago, but I couldnt get it to run at all. If this thing works, i’ll be sure to play a couple of the games. I too remember this thing being displayed at Sears, back when they sold video game systems. Right after they were discontinued Wal-Mart was selling them for 30.00 for the system, thats right, 30.00. Boy do I regret buying it for that… Red Alert was kinda cool.
Awesome! I am a huge VB fan I’ve got almost every VB release for both US and Japan. Great system and glad to see if I need a quick VB fix I don’t need to pull all my crap out.
not even working. i get some strange cracking sound and then it just loads up the read this crap.
i have tested this with 4 roms and none of them seem to work.
oh well i wanted to be one of the cool people with a VB console LMAO
lol. ill download this when its done, where the hell do you get roms anyways?? nobody has any (i dont blame them:P)
I LOVE Virtual Boy. I only have 2 games for mine though. Maybe I can search the internet for the unreleased games’ roms. that’d be sweet.

perhaps you have to hook up the SOLID EYE thing from Metal Gear Ac!d 2 to really get the feel of the Virtual Boy and 3D effect… if not, they should make it so.

Well… for all you people who are asking… why can’t you go further beyond the instructions?… It´s because of the INPUT option, take a look in there, try to configurate each button and you will see that it won´t respond to the buttons you pushed.
ye i noticed that aswell and if you click on one it just freezes?
