While we’re on the subject of cheating, Edison Carter makes his Ultimate Warrior style return with a new cheat device for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Its been nearly a year since version 2.3, so if ya don’t know, VCS CheatDevice is capable of the following:

I completed VCS after a month of it’s release, if not less.. I wanna play it right now but my PSP’s bricked, so I’m getting a new battery and memory card soon…
This is cool… Works fully in the seplugins folder, so no need for DevHook :P

this is ok but how about mods instead like the pc zombie mod or skin changes like having master chief or sonic,ect an then allow multiplayer to see persons add-on even if they havent got it.
or setting music to work from music folder without havin to convert them

Is this CheatDevice for UMD or ISO as I only have GTA VCS as an ISO
sorry but how do i activate it inside the game after i have enabled it inside recovery plugins.

Great release, I’m happy the cheat device is now functional functional with higher firmwares! I think that once the bugs are worked out, this will be a better system than running it out of the gamesave.
On a related note, whenever I spawn a motorcycle (pcj600, faggio ect.) from the spawn list, it spawns with small wheels and when I get on it the game freezes. All other cars that I have spawned have worked properly as well as all cars and bikes that have not been spawned through the spawn menu. I am using firmware 3.30 OE and I’d prefer to stay in that version. I am also having the same issue with the GTA LCS cheat device 1.0d. Thanks for any help
To GodOfDeath and Metalunna, once you activate the plugin in the recovery menu, a menu should appear ingame when you load a savegame that can be opened and closed by pressing L1+Up. Maybe you didn’t put the right plugin in the right folder?
I didnt realize that you needed a UMD ;)
How obvious could you possibly get with that statement….
