You read about it, now try it! Presenting AcidMod’s very own Virtual PSP Modder.
To quote myself, “VPM, for short, provides a visual representation of what the PSP will look like, should you actually decide to put one or more of these mods into practice. Trigger LEDs, preview face plates, buttons, you name it.” Although faceplates are slated for release in the upcoming expansion pack.
Current features:
- Complete Virtual PSP disassembly
- X-Ray with power zoom (sneak peak into the psp)
- 5X zoom on the Motherboard
- Virtual customizable workspace
- Tool use (Screwdriver & Tweezers)
- LED’s (Trigger for now more coming)
- Random mod generator (later it will have a huge library of combo’s)
- Full screen for screen capture oportunities (show off that psp)
- Dynamic menu selections
First Expansion Pack will include:
- Full set of buttons
- Full set of faceplates
- More tools and functions
- Help PDF

Hey Guys we will be releasing an Expansion Pack 1 with some cool crome and clear buttons and a few faceplates (8) in total.. Later as soon as our sponcors send the second batch of plates we will add those to the seconed Expansion pack :)
When is the alpha version to come out?
The Final Build will be released in about 2 weeks, that will ensure we can let the public test the beta and submit the bugs they have found, and we will have the proper amount of time to fix them… That is our target, 2 weeks, but the fact is it will not be released untill it is finnished!
Woot! I haven’t modded my psp yet and this will help me before doing so.
Indeed beta. I will wait for a final version to be released. Its got potential.
I can’t use any of the tools on mine except for flip backwards and x-ray :S

The program gives me a error, when I try to start it..

here is a fix for your problem
As for uninstalling, it might be faster if you put the installer on your desktop to just rerun setup.exe, it’ll allow you to uninstall from it :)
Nice app but would be nice if u could take a closer look at the part one @ time like say the MB or the UMD drive
originaly we did have a zoom featyre on every level but the initial download was 80MB

Moddifying PSP’S and Programming is our hobby. We enjoy it and lots of other people enjoy it as well.
I understand how programming can be… but… wow. Having a fly psp won’t get you any ladies my friend.

But, seriously, what is the point of you posting your negative views on A. our hobby, and B. the developers of this program, which we have spent many hours on, just so the people out there in the community that want to do it can; based on just your views that “having a fly psp won’t get you any ladies” ??? damn great idea ! ! been waiting for this one. Just to be perfect, would be great if some day some features like these are integrated:
- basic stuff like to how to find the motherboard type, specs, etc to enable homebrew
- and of course something like a drang and drop

i modded my psp before trigger mod, 10 ohm resistor with 2 smd leds. finally after a week i didnt glow anymore and the main power led didnt work too i think its broken. but the psp is still working. anyone have an idea why?
guys this is a great program indeed for those ppl out there who wants to crack thire psp open and just fear the death of their psp this is the program. (unlike me who open my psp so many times and do what i want with it) but even so ppl can just us this virtual psp thing to see what it is all abut with out opening the goddamn psp. believe me ppl taking the psp apart and putting it back takes at least 30 mins EVEN for a PRO. so in short THIS is a cool shit. also Sketch U suck dicks right? b/c that is the only reason what u would say this program sucks
