It is about time extreme link is one of the most valuable tools for me! Now only if this 340LE would play home brew on my TA-82 life would be perfect…like that turte on the comcast comercial…”AHH ME TIME” PS I would have been first to post if my girlfriend wasnt bothering me so much!!!!!
Forgot to mention. After putting in any and all ini options, Reinstalling does not over write this file. All options are saved if you upgrade on instsall. So don’t forget to put in that password and check out the other little options that this software has. Options that most web sites will not let me put in. :-” .,!,, I say to them.
THIS DOES NOT WORK ON VISTA.
i can’t get this to run!
can’t get this to install right. get runtime error. using xp media center.
What do you mean by can’t get it to install right?
1. Meaning that when you try and to inciate the install program you get the run time error?
Or
2. You get a Run time Error when you try and open the software after install ?
If reason number 2 You should run the DLL OCX Checker found in the install path or in the start menu under Extrme Link.
ran the checker and still got that runtime error then series of numbers, and then says automation error the object invoked has disconnected from its clients.
Check your comp for this file scrrun.dll and if you aint got it. that might be the one you’re missing. If you are then google that and you’ll get places that have it. Although that file i believe is part of windows cab files.
Awesome Quake! Been waiting for this! XD

OK, I fixed the glitch that closed out the USBHostfs PC Gamepad. What it was is a bug in the ini read. This mulfunction redirected the read to another area and thus usbhostfs trys to open daemon mode. if daemon mode is not on it’ll error out. “Which I don’t understand anyways, Yet” Look for an update here soon.
Well, That wasn’t it. the GamePad usbhostfs is just not cooperating. I’m about fed up with this file.
what is this? im such a noob when it comes to most homebrew i dont even ow what they do and stuff……… i usly dont even use hombrew..
Do you have CFW? OE? M33? LE? Whats the size of your mem stick 1GB 512MB 128MB 32MB? If your mem stick is to low you can stream Game ISO’s or CSO’s to you PSP through the usb or net and play them. bla bla bla….
Extreme Link: 1.5.5 B1
Extreme Link: Tray Menu
Added: Select USBHostfs from tray menu – for the use of the USBHOstfs PC Gamepad file
Extreme Link: Options
Added: Check USBHostfs / NETHostfs Process
Note: If Check Process is checked, It’ll check to see if NET/USB Hostfs is running. This will also undo the Systray Icon if Nothing running.
when we we have a version to work on vista ?
Probably never. Vista is not a user friendly OS for alot of things and I’ll never go with vista even if you paid me. lol….
Why have Extremelink abandoned the Custom Firmwares ? I cant get it to connect and play from my laptop anymore , before that was one of the MAIN features I loved so much – please tell me I can do the same thing with this version AND custom firmware 3.40(something).
I have 3.40OE and that’s what I work off of it. Like I’ve stated before. So I’m not sure what you mean by why I abandoned the CFW. This only works if you have a CFW with DevHook or IRShell.
Quake
Thanks Quake for your hard work a very valuble application it is indeed.
