Update: Speedy! 3.40* LE v3 has been released… Run this from 3.40* LE or 3.40* LE v2. It contains all the fixes from v2, plus an additional: Fixed the glitch that kept power saving options from working.
Team Wildc*rd staying on top of things with a bug fix update for their Leaked Edition custom firmware.

This still isn’t what we’d like to call a “proper” release because it’s just bugfixes to a rushed release, but it’s much better than the first one!
A note to anyone having problems with the PSP not starting after you install; go into Recovery and disable all of your plugins. It’s a problem with our plugin system, we’re sorry :’( We’ll fix it in a new flasher soon.
3.40* LE v2 fixes:
- Removed non-functional File Manager option in the Recovery menu
- In recovery, detects ms0:/PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP and only launches it if it exists
- Fixed problems that kept UMDs from loading properly
- Added support for %__SCE__/__SCE__ homebrew naming style
- Re-enabled the use of GAME150 and GAME340, though you *DO NOT* need them.

finally a good release of this crap
Its not there fault some stupid website stole there software and released it before it was ready. If it would have just remained a secret until it was done, it probably would have been a very good Firmware.
I suggest u all wait until the Real proper flash to come out with new features.

Im sticking to m33. IM not going back to 3.40.. 3.52m33-2 is working fine.
What with all these different lines of custom firmware? I liked it better when it was just OE. M33 is awesome considering its the continuation of OE, but all these extra ones are just pointless.
Alright that’s your opinion, but most people would beg to differ. The only thing that can come from multiple FWs is the teams will work harder on theirs so it is better than the others… which leads to BETTER FWS. Besides, multiple fws isn’t hurting anything and I prefer to have a choice anyways.
not really… b4 these other custom firmwares started showing up people werent really digging M33s firmware… and now their cornered to use it.

ITS GOT POTENTIAL, BUT WHAT I’D LIKE TO SEE DEVHOOK CUSTOM FIRMWARE, WITH AN ADDED XMB ICON ON THE MAIN SCREEN CALLED SYSTEM TOOLS WHERE YOU CAN HAVE A CALCULATOR AND OTHER USEFUL TOOLS.
TO ALL THOSE THAT SPEAK ILL OF THIS CFW: JUST LEAVE OR UPGRADE TO M33 3.51 THEN UPDATE TO SONY’S 3.52 AND SEE WHAT YOU GET! ALL CFWS ARE GREAT IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THEM. THANKS WILDC*RD I LOOK FORWARD TO 3.52 ;-)

All these new CFWs, can’t someone make then the same way DA did instead of trying to create some new shit? Just pick up where he left off.

Why people want to work on old firmwares, I don’t know… DA’s 3.40 OE was good enough as is. If it aint broke, don’t fix it…

I think team M33 and wildcard should work together. maybe make a really cool 3.52 with the spicy recovery menu. :)
U do know that u can use the nice looking recovery menu (and recovery from XMB) from the LE version in M33-2 right !?

It’s a shame that people are moaning about all the different custom firmwares out and don’t know what to choose, or which one has the most bugs and saying “I’m sticking with ” because it’s the best.
When dark alex decided that he wanted to leave the firmware scene, you all bad mouthed him saying he was a traitor and sod ya, but if it wasn’t for that guy you’d have not been able to play homebrew or anything else you wanted to.. So a couple of crews have decided to step into his shoes and you bad mouth them because they’re releasing bugged firmwares (it’s a learning curve to write a custom firmware).. So now we’ve got 2 crews doing it now, that’s good because if one of them deicded to leave the scene (I.E : m33) then you’d all go “M33 sucks.. blah blah” and “I’m selling my psp as no one are doing the CFW”.. At least you’ve got 2 crews to keep the scene alive so we can all play homebrew and ISO’s etc..
So well done DA for starting the CFW and also to M33 for taking up where DA left, and also well done to Wildcard for making an effort to pretty up the firmware and we all know that you’re doing a good job without the idiots moaning that it’s all bugged and they’ll not use it..
It would be like us only having Windows O/S and everyone moaning about Linux as it’s not Windows.. At least it gives us a choice which one we want to use!!
Anyone having problems with VSH and GAME CPU Speed? I can’t get them to apply. I’ve tried hitting ‘O’ after setting it to 333 and ‘X’ and neither applied the cpu speed for GAME or VSH. I’ve applied both from bootup SCEP-Recovery Menu, and XMB SCEP-Recovery Menu, and neither applied. I also can’t seem to get cwcheat, and cwcheatpops to work. The games load and everything, but when I hold select the menu doesn’t load anywhere in the game. I’m not sure if this is a problem with compatibility with 3.40LE or CWcheat or both. I posted it in here instead of on the forums in the hopes that Team Wildc*rd or weltall can figure this out.
I’m using 3.40LE v3 Update.

Why bother going to this firmware? Its basically just 3.40 OE-A with a in-XMB recovery mode, and slightly buggier. Plus, newer games require 3.50+
