AcidMod’s “The F00″ has directed my attention towards Virtual PSP Modder. Actually, that’s a small lie, previously Cyberpyrot has sent us beta versions to test; nonetheless, I was unaware they made mention of it on their site… Until now — good lookin’ out F00 f00!
Virtual PSP Modder is currently a work-in-progress, meaning no public release yet. The app runs on Windows allowing you to virtually mod your PSP. VPM, for short, provides a visual representation of what the PSP will look like, should you actually decide to put one or more of these mods into practice. Trigger LEDs, preview face plates, buttons, you name it.
When a public version is made available, it’s a safe bet you’ll find it here. In the meantime, follow the source link for more detail and additional screen shots.

How fun, modding your psp without the work..
Its too preview, so you don’t actually do a mod and are like “hmm, nah I don’t really like that” then you have to risk and go through all the work to undo, or redo.

I honestly can´t understand what´s wrong with ppl. Anyone should be able to mod their PSP, with or without the proper skills. If there is a nice helping device like this program, ppl shold be happy about it. Not talk shit ’bout it. :

Hi guy’s I juat wanted to say our main goal with app is so that you guy’s can mix and match part to see what looks good in your eye before you waste your money on a $30 faceplate and button set. I for one would pefer know how a red camy dragone facepate would look with chrome buttons and yellow triggers. befor I went out and bought all the supplies.

We are pushing for a monday release of the basic package followed by a facplate expansion pack later next week..

upgrade to 3.50 and downgrade retard. This sounds like a sweet idea too.
Something interesting would to see this in partner ship with a psp modding website. Like when you modded it virtualy it would give you a price list and total, telling you what you would need. Something else is for people like me. Option for replacement parts, for people who don’t know what they were doing and broke the clip holding the lcd screens ribbons on the motherboard, lol. So, anyone know how to fix that lol.
