Talk about an exhilarating Sunday… Not only has Team M33 released M33-2, the update to their 3.52 custom firmware, but “The Two Coreys” premieres tonight! Wow!
3.52 M33-2 changes:
- Document.dat of psx games were broken due to some important changes in popsman.prx and now is fixed. Plus, now document.dat does not need the same gameid as game which is played.
- The compatibility issue with irshell loading psx games in usbhost/nethost has been solved.
- Changes in recovery:
- Removed the advanced config option “use isofs on UMD inserted”, as it is not useful now.
- Added “Format flash1 and restore settings” in Advanced.
- Added speeds 20 and 100.
- When in usb mode inside recovery, it is impossible to turn PSP off.
- The chineses and korean languages did not work in XMB, because they crashed homebrew and recovery. The issue has been fixed, but korean font is not there, so you need to take it with psardumper from official updater, and put it in flash0:/font/kr0.pgf.
- M33 driver: fixed SBK07, now it work.

yeah someone please explain these? extract the prx? from where? i don’t see these from the seplugins folder. i don’t see these prx’s from the CWCHEAT seplugins either. do we have to download these from somewhere? it says from firmware. do we have to rim a firmware and get these prx’s from there? Anyone please help?

Yes you will need to install the seplugins to the appropriate folder on your MS. Examples of plugins would be the new iRShell, CWCheat, etc, although i’ve had trouble getting CWCheat to work.

ok dude…find a downgrader that works with the firmware you have so that you can downgrade to 1.50 official firmware the most up-to-date one is from the noobz team i think you can do it on 3.51 but you need the game lumines…i think you are screwed for awhile on 3.52 official…then M33 or DA firmware must be flashed from 1.50 because homebrew isnt enabled on official firmware above 1.50 (this isnt strictly true, but close to it)…that is why downgraders need these exploits through game titles to enable homebrew (HEN=homebrew enabler)…you can upgrade to this on a cfw (custom firmware) like DA oe firmware because homebrew is enabled on those and that is why they are hacke…i hope this helps

hey i didn’t upgrade to 3.52 yet and im puttting the upgrade and the update and accidently run the update one instead of the upgrade and now my psp bricking please is there anything i can do please.

but i can go to the recovery mode and toggle the USB.

Ez Installer for recovery to 1.5 from recovery mode. Read the readme carefully. You can access your memory card from recovery mode.

I think you need to put the eboot.pbp (1.5 fw file) in PSP/Game/Recovery/ first.

great job m33 - but i have just one request - maybe you can pace your updates - i am having a tough time figuring out what homebrew it can run - especially - i miss my custom Themes - or other homebrew coders who need time to code to your specs - if you are reading this - maybe a weekly or bi-weekly or monthly update ?? i love it that u like to fix stuff soon - but i hate update fixes like microsoft releases everyday
