Stream Live TV Over WiFi Using VLC

More tips — for those who never knew this was possible, it is! Stream Live TV to your PSP using a WiFi connection and the PMP VLC media player by JockyW. Whenever you’re within range of a wireless spot you can see what’s on the ol’ boob-tube.
Here’s bartrox putting it into action…
Requirements:
- A PC running VLC Media Player (for Windows — unfortunately this functionality isn’t available on the Mac version)
- A PSP running PMP VLC
- A TV Capture Card
- Bad -> good English translation skills ;)

Where do the PSP files go? Do I make a PSP PMP folder and % one in Game folder? Thanks for any help.

how close to you have to be to router to get a good signal cause my tv is near mine so i would rather just watch it on big tv than squint will only be good for when taking a shit

can i please tell me if i can ,lol thats some funny shiite. iM almost 100% sure you can use almost any old router ,im useing a old netgear i found on the “outside” of a goodwill box walking by late at nite looking for my dog that was given to me by my girlfriend and she had left the door open and poopsy had always been very active and sh couldnt have been more fast my gran had given it to her as a gift when her my exgirlfriend being crazy loved the damn dog and she never forgave hid other dog he would bark and bark and grandad would shout YOU SHUT THAT FUKEN DOG UP ,well anyway she is now my exgirlfriend

i have had this set up for a while now using my tuner card and it works great.the only drawback so far is not being able to change the channel.
if someone could figure that piece out we would really be good to go.as it is I vnc in.stop the stream.open my tuner software,change the cannel.close tuner and restart the stream.very combersom.

location free doesnt work for custom fw. oh well 2 expensive anyways. and derz hacks like these tht make things possible. i cudnt get the similiar hack for tvu player workin tho.

Well.. all someone needs to do now is show me how to get my ATi tv tuner to work on my PC… when I went to x64 bit windows I cant get drivers to install now… the tv tuner is useless :(
can this work with a wireless usb dongle,and not a router.
I tried this tv thing a while back and it worked,but now i want to try it with wireless dongle
i tried to run it on 3.03 OE-C but i keep getting the Cannot start game error, I tried placing the files in the game 150 folder but it wouldn’t even show up unless i just put it on the regular Game folder

umm the tv tuner i use is msi tv@nywhere and you maybe can use a avi file or video bt i reccomend that u use a tv tuner:).

i still cant… downloaded psphacking 101 ep14, but it is an older show… i am stuck at the change my ip.. is it my PSP?, Router?, or PC? i have tried MANY combos, but still no go… aaarrrggghhh!!!

YAY i got mine working, the only thing im having problems is watching tv on it, you can hear the voice and the pictures are like lagging. but i got it working.. =]
