Update: You knew it, and I knew it, and here it is! ZX-81’s PSP7800 v1.0.2
- Add Sound support !
- Add new render modes (Normal, x1.25, x1.5)
- Add Frame skip option
- Add new speed limiter option
- Fix colors palette (merge the code from ProSystem v1.1)
- Code cleaning
A little of this, and a little of that, and we have another retro-fitted emulator for the PSP. Today ZX-81 has ported Greg Stanton’s Atari 7800 emulator. PSP7800 is ported from ProSystem running on Windows.
v1.0.1, unfortunately, does not include sound or fit screen mode. But we all know ZX-81, so those features should be available in the near future.

The only game worth playing on the Atari 7800 in my opinion was Mario Bros. But it’s good to know that there’s someone out there making emulators for those people who want to play the old school games on their PSP.

Ballblazer on 7800 is the mutt’s nuts. Not so hot without the music, though.
This is one I’d actually like to play since it’s the first ported emulator that I’ve seen from ZX for a much older system that I actually used to have much less heard of lol. Must play Xevious and Pac-Man… Keep up the work on this one please ZX!

I have that atari emulator 7800 installed but where are more roms ? in ht e help.txt is written put the roms in the roms folder but there is none only on the psp. so anyone have some or where i find them

i forgott the one installed with the starship works but i would like to have more choice of roms thx…..
