X-Flash V18j Released

Update: As anticipated, X-Flash is now at V18j. Changes include:
- Added intentional support for Dark_AleX 3.03 OE-B. (it’s safe to use the version spoofer now).
- Preserved support for Dark_AleX 3.03 OE-A2.
- Button combination writes current PSP Nickname to use as a custom version spoof.

Art’s X-Flash, the homebrew app which enables various firmware hacks — game boot videos, fonts, XMB menu labels, icons, etc… — now supports 3.03 OE-A2!
V18i changes:
- Added support for Dark_AleX firmware version 3.03 OE-A’ (also known as 3.03 OE-A2).
- Removed support for the original 3.03 OE-A release since the second 3.03 OE release features were mainly
bug fixes for the first.

This half bricked my 3.03OE B psp when I applied the 13.37 version spoof and disabled the network update. I went in recovery mode and booted the 3.03OEA simple install to recover from the half brick, and it worked, so….now back to testing some more! Haha, and i was only half bricked for 5mins! (sounds stupid but that’s what truely happened).

Na, I dont new no new psps over a bricked one, i got 2 more backup PSPs ^_^, i was testing the old v18i on my test PSP, but……yea, its updated to v18j, and still messing around. With the recovery mode within the new custom OE’s I dont care if i half brick or not, I can always recover no matter what, and easily in 5mins. I can read mann, been reading all readme’s all the time. Heh. Don’t worry about me Brokenworm, it’s all good.

i have fw1.5 emulating 3.03.
i ran this from my 1.5 and its asking me to either install a custom firmware…or install the DAX custom firmware files.
i don’t want/need the custom fw (its jus me, i see no need for it for me). So should i install these DAX files? xD what the hell is the DAX files anyways? i googled it and found zip.
help?
you would be aswell to just go up to 3.03 oe-b its real easy and well worth it if your even bothered emulating 3.03.
You should install the custom firmware dude, In case in the future u mess up flashing, you always can recover your psp instead of ending with a brick.
gah, i think you should upgade to 303oe-b; sorry to say but i can’t seem to think of any reason why youre still on 1.5.. besides most app revisions are because of the cool firmware updates of drk alex… like this file!

does this work fine with 3.03oe with a ta082? som1 please tell me because i have a ta082 and i really want to change my gameboot, font, ect…
