You knew it was coming sooner rather than later… X-Flash V18h with 3.03 OE-A support!
Art’s incorporated a few other changes:
- Adjustment to topmenu_plugin.rco flasher to allow copy of decrypted 2.50 file to 2.71 SE installation.
- The XMB Menu Editor is unlocked for 2.71 SE once the correct file is copied.
- Program termination occurs if a mismatching registry version is found since the parental control setting will not be readable.
- Added option to permanently remove Network Update functionality for the current firmware installation. This frees up a little flash space. Menu options regarding Network Update are auto disabled if the above option is used.
- Fix to Auto Restore routine. Auto restore previously only restored original menu labels for 1.50.
- Added option to restore original XMB menu icons if a file with custom icons is being used with 2.71 SE or 3.02 OE.
- Small fixes including firmware version specific dialogue in footer, and updated built in readme file.
Features currently disabled for firmware versions 2.71 SE & 3.02/3.03 OE: (these are available for 1.50 users)
- XMB Menu Label editor, and custom label options. <>
- Plain Black PSP About Screens.
- XMB System Sounds. **
- Some Easter Eggs won’t work because they rely on version spoofs, detailed name plate picture, etc.
** Implemented for 2.71 SE, but not implemented for 3.02 OE yet.

Replace the ltn0.pgf file in the Modified folder with your font, renamed to “ltn0.” Remember, it has to be a valid .pgf file!
A question of my own: what is this special decrypted file I need to use the XMB Label editor with 3.02 OE, and how do I use it? I may wind up finding out myself, but if anyone can help, thanks.
omg is there any program to flash gameboots bigger than like 100 and something mb like X-flash says ….. I tried hex coding the 3.02 O-E customizer but it did not work…

I think you should try to put your 1.5 homebrew in psp\game150 folder NOT the default psp\game folder as it for 3.01 kernel.

i used x flash to restore everything it did and when it was finished my psp my wont start up. it looks like it will start up normally but when the mem stick light stops flashing i hear this thing in my speakers like its rebooting itself and then it keeps doing that same thing. i just wanted to know if my psp is bricked or what
Yeah same question as Black_omens does it allow u to add gameboots bigger than the original sized gameboots :| the last one was a bit gay for that

can you use the flash tool to change gameboots opening plugin.rco and font, AND still be able to play ps1 games? cos mine didnt work after flashing them
