Who sleeps less, Art or the Sony firmware folks? I’m sure this doesn’t come as a surprise, and firmware 3.04 wouldn’t either; nevertheless, Art has released X-Flash V18f! The popular all-around firmware modification tool, but you knew that. ;)
V18f changes:
- Implemented flasher with write verify for topmenu_plugin.rco files of all supported firmware versions.
- File flasher can only write topmenu_plugin.rco files, and only of sizes that match 1.50, 2.71, 3.02, and topmenu_plugin.rco file with new icons as output by kgsws’s program for 3.02SE.
- Fixes to PSP Information screen, and red screens that display some startup warnings.
- Seven Hour XMB Label Editor works with 3.02 SE if the new icons topmenu_plugin.rco file is flashed. The new “Network” label that was not present in 1.50 is copied from the “Network Settings” string that is entered by the user.
- Removed Estimated Free Flash0 Space display to avoid confusion.

hey I would like to request a fix be made if possible, for compatibility issues that 3.02 Oe-B seems to have with some 1.5 apps, mainly Fastloader and IRShell. If anyone can do it, I’m sure you could.
i’ve never realised how close “IR SHELL’ can look to “IRS Hell” lol thats just creepy

No. There aren’t any homebrew apps that are +2.81 compatable. Sry : \

ok Greg really should consider posting this. its a perfect port of Humma’s Fastloader. you have now provided 3.02-OEB compatibility for an extremely valuable tool vital to the homebrew scene

does the 7 hour label editor work on 2.71SE-C i only use that cuz i use the usbhost mod

Has Anyone Fixed IR shell? Itt doesnt evan work with hen D on2.71 devhook. I can get it to boot on my other 3.02oe-b with the 1.5 kernal. But the umd boot does not work. If i cangether kernal accesse mode via recovery to boot 1.5 eboots from game would ir shell fully work….. Need Some Help Thanks
