irsmp3 Module 0.4d Released

joek2100 is not quite done yet; in fact he has released a few minor versions since 0.4:
- 0.4b: Uploaded fixed vsh.txt
- 0.4c: Added a config file ms0:/seplugins/mp3conf.txt to change the MP3 playback directory and have custom controls
And what’s new in 0.4d:
- Fixed overclocking for speeds > 222MHz
- Made the 4th level brightness work by pressing the screen button
- Added an option (see the config file) to allow overclocking and wireless to be used at the same time
A quick recap — the irsmp3 module is a modified version of iR Shell’s open source plugin allowing MP3 playback while in game, whether it be a UMD or homebrew. It’s intended to be used with Dark_AleX’s custom 2.71 SE and 3.02 OE firmware. Nice job joek2100!

y doesnt psone games work on my psp when it works on my brothers… we both installed swame things and both av 3.02 oe-b his gran turismo works but mine loads up n says error help me boys

james yea i started fresh again.. twice but still wont work… crash bandicoot works n syphon filter but gran turismo doesnt n it works on my brother psp
you always have to do a new clean convertion of th3 Eboot, it actually happened to me with the same game actually both GT 1 & 2 …. yes some games you can pass em trhough PSP, it just appears that error sometimes. Clean new convertion works best.

Hey guys, I helped my friend install 3.02 oe-b just last night, so I know what I am doing for the most part. But if anybody wants to assist me with tips/ links to things to get me going, I’d appreciate it. I plan on helping another friend out, as well as myself, to get 3.02 oe-b, and I just want to make sure I do things right.
And I am definitely going to install this module, but I don’t know how to install modules yet LOL.

i need help.how do i install this so i can have mp3 playback during games?is there anyway i can install the mp3 part only i never did this module stuff b4 i have oe-a.thanks im a noob at modules cuz i had 2.8 until the day of the downgrader.thanks in advance.
put both the folders on the MS root… Do a hard reboot and get into the recovery mode by holding down the R trigger during power up. On the Recovery menu, go to “Plugins”, enable both the VSH and GAME. There your done…
I could not get this working during PS1 games (I did create the pops.txt and enable it) I could get this working on XBE or PSP games. Anyone have any idea what went wrong?
i cant get this to play while im in any game pops or not and it doesnt work while im in homebrew too how can i make it work?? works well when im on XMB
Did u enable the plugin in your recovery? Remember to enable both the VSH and GAME
would this work with a game that comes in two cds like chrono cross
also the emulating becuse that would seem to me verry triky unless they added some sort of kick ass thing if you can leave the game running and than you can go to main menu to run the other cd and it would auto matically take over
well I cant get this to work, I dont get it really. When I went to the recovery mode I found out that both game and vhs already was enabled. Like wtf:P
I`m only interested in listening to music when playing my games. I dont know if this is worth just that, even though it would be cool.

Why do all my songs play in fast forward?
I only get some of my MP3s playing fast, seems like the large long spoken word ones…. music seems ok.
