Dark_AleX with the best gift of all Christmas morning — 3.02 OE-B! As you’re probably aware OE-B allows the emulation of any PSX (PSOne) title; whether it be downloaded from the online PS3 store or obtained by some other means. You’ll need 3.02 OE-A flashed first in order to upgrade.
Quoted from the Readme:
This is the update from OE-A to OE-B.
Place the folder OEB_UPDATE inside /PSP/GAME150 and run it.
The update will take a very little time, since it only updates the files needed.
The new addition of this update is the ability of playing your own psx games, using the provided
tool (popstation) to convert them.Although, a feature that was in OE-A and i forgot to comment:
You can use plugins in psx games. Just create a file called pops.txt inside seplugins, with the
path of your modules.
Have a look at “psx_readme.txt” and “popstation/readme.txt” for more information regarding the conversion of PSX titles.

heehh Nice, help, someone send me the Hotshots Game… eboot.pbp… or the actual BASE.PBP plzzzzz the whole thing, i tried to mak eit I’ve only managed to get a few PS games, and teh key.bin , the crappy popstation doesnt work in my compute… but once opened…. nada it goes away really fast. Search around my PC .. and nothign new has been created. Neeeed Help

Why dont you just buy hot shots2 its so easy to get, or maybey its cause I work in gamestop and can rip all the games i want onto my laptop all day while im at work playing games. merry christmas!!!

I already have 3.02OE-A installed. I used the n00b friendly installer. do I need to do something else or just install the upgrade

copy folder oeb_update FOLDER to /PSP/GAME150
(COPY FOLDER AND NOT FILE)
exit usb
go to game and find oeb_update
press x
wait for 5 sec…

Ive tried this numerous times doesnt work for me. Anyone else had trouble installing, if i put the oebupdate folder into game150 and cant see it in the game section. help, im stuck on 3.02a i can only see it if i put it in the game section, and then it craps out. any ideas muchly appreciated.
Yes me to. dunno whats wrong but ice created the missing folder GAME150 and nothing happend it didnt pop up. but then i tryed to put the folder in GAME and it came but couldnt be loaded. ????
There is a trick to it. i never get it to B until today. my problem is i don’t have the folder game150 on my psp. notice how they mentioned game150 folder. so created one and put the upgrade B in there and run it. it works great. Way ta go DAX!

you can get them at mininova.org undre games then go to psp there you will get a list of games for the psp and go to win rar for soft ware and
go to iso buster to get soft ware to turn it in to
iso.

yes by holding down the L1 button you can reflash it to the 1.5 again m8 … u only have to know how to read ..

Make sure you first use the noob installer and then use this update. If you RTFM you’ll see how you can go back to 1.5 by holding the R trigger.

Use the hair driver trick on the void sticker, peel each side just enought to get to the screws, get screws out, swap mobos with a nother psp used (old one from gamestop and put everything back together without ruining the void sticker and wala, you have a non ta-082 mobo, and your money back (when you return it back for cash instead for another psp).
have you ever tried taking one of these things apart????
how do you know what motherboard you have and can you do this if you are using 3.02??

emuparadise.org is good to. I use that site for everything. And they have a large collection of dreamcast games aswell.

its safe if u do it right so read the “readme” included carefully, and you need to downgrade to 1.5 if you want to upgrade to 3.02oe B, the safest and easiest downgrader to use is DARK ALEXs generic downdater for 2.71 (if u hav 2.71)

OEB_UPDATE folder right?and do i need to format mey mem stic and 75% battery life?
lol u dnt need 2 format, afta u hav transfered the update folder, disable USB then go to game, memory stick then select ur update then press X
no it’s like 1 sec flashing and that’s it. It’s not a serious update. It’s just updating the systemctrl.prx and some other i forgot. So don’t have to worry about bricking :P
