		<description>When you are in the accounts tab of the settings window, press the triangle button.  This will bring up the context menu, go to the quick add menu and choose gmail.  This will ask you to create a display name, and then ask for your gmail username and password. Once you&#039;ve entered your username and password, the remaining fields (like incoming server) will update with the gmail data</description>
