Either get the $3,000-$100,000 for these for get the pirated version. Virtools 4 is so hard to use I don't suggest getting the pirated version anyway. After a few searches, I found out that yes, Virtools 4 is downloadable by torrent, but that the crucial PSP module is only available one request to the company...so not much chance for the moment... As for the DevKit, I don't actually see one in the video, so I don't think you actually need one, although I might be wrong... To finish, I don't think it's an unreleased, advanced version of Flash, because my up-to-date PSP can't run some of the flash animations and games you find everyday online.
