If I have a PSP whit Firmware version 2.82 can i Load ISO’s whit DevHook V0.50???

I bought my psp a ver 1.5. i had the SNES in it but got tiered of it to i updated to ver 2.81 and know i want to be able to download games but i have to downgrade and i want to know were i have to put this file if it really works… please help ASAP..
