Can you modify this to make it 1.50 compatible? change the name thing to 1.50 instead of 2.71..?

RR2 was in fact released a couple of weeks ago in ISO format full game and it works everytime on my Emulated 2.71 TA-087 ..So really I dont see how this demo is diffirent to the real game in the way of Version playablity….Cough Killzone full game is also out in ISO

UM for your information…i have a japanese copy of ridge racers 2 and i can play it with my 2.71 devhook. theres no need for a 2.81 unless the english version might be different.

To play the demo in 2.80 just edit the param.sfo with PBP Unpacker. It worked for me.

I got the euro ISO to work as normal with devhook 2.71 but I can’t see the diference between this game and the 1st release.

#26 if you are using the demo from here its already adapted for 2.71 and #27 this may or may not work with isos i would try it but my 1.5 psp is broken and i am about to try this with the other demos and post results!

i have done this with the demos i could find and i could only find 3 and 2 out of the 3 worked and they are below:

the one that booted up fine but did not go to the menu screen was Bounty Hound and its a japanese game and if anyone knows whats wrong with it but not the others if anyone knows please post why and how to fix it!

I use dev hook .46 and it works fine… but to be honest.. I SEE NO DIFFERENCE in part one or two! haha can someone tell me the difference?!

Does anyone know if the american and japanese demos work with a european psp?

hmm a few weeks ago a allready downloaded rr2
jap version and it had no problem loading…
using my 1.5 psp with dev hook with fw 2.71

so are you sure you need 2.81?
or do you just need it for the demo?

#41 worked perfectly for me for PSP v. 2.80. If you manage to somehow screw up extracting the folder in the zip to the GAME folder, all I an say is “May God have mercy on your soul.”
