some good work and although it may not be stable, its one hella of a proof of concept. I cud see a few work arounds the L2 and R2 buttons, my idea wud be use the D pad left and right buttons. Since the PS1 didnt originally have 2 analog sticks, there wudnt be a problem with movement as the analog stick on the PSP wud be used as the PS1 D pad or use the analog stick for L2 or R2, whichever prefered. as for disk swapping, i think there may have to be USB/WIFI implementation to support all the large ISO files, or just run it through iRshell! anyways damn fine work.

It’s a good start but not really playable right now. The only ISOS i have on my drive that work (well load up) are street fighter ex2 and Raiden (shooting game). Castlevania doesn’t work right now. This emulator shows a lot of promise. I just hope we can start a thread of working games when the emulator has other releases.

Is there a list of working games somewhere?? I just need to know if ridge racer works…

It can start wherever the Hell it wants, but the Finished product is a completely different story. I don’t understand people who use that N64 emulator. THIS IS GREAT. WON`T NEED TO UPDATE TO 3.0 TO GET PS1 EMU AND WON`T HAVE TO PAY FOR GAME IMAGES IF YOU HAVE ORIGIONAL PS1 GAMES.
Just rip them with ISOBUSTER to get the bin files.
Nice work and much respect. ps you don`t need the ps1 bios for this to work either. It works as is. So don`t bother with the stupid bios. PASSWORD for the zip file is http://www.pspgen.com yust copy and paste the website address into winzip. place bin files in folder f:\psp\game\__SCE__PSXP\roms\

Now guys, this is a very good thing. Can you imagine playing PSX games on your PSP? It’s probably the best thing to happen to homebrew since GBA become fully playable.

Think about it, if Sony is releasing PSOne games for your PSP via emulation, then it is possible to have a great emulator homebrew, IMHO.

anyway on a PSP you just drag the psp folder to the root folder in your psp. then drag your PS1 images into the folder named “ROMS”
